Peter Bian-- of the spectacular Saturday Night Dumpling Club-- didn't stop at generously compiling a wide assortment of baijiu to share with Ben & Charles. Nope. He brought a mobile kitchen setup, and a bunch of his incredible dumplings, and cooked them on-air.
