The Supreme Court gets set to rule on abortion pill, Mifepristone and the drug's FDA approval. But first they must rule on whether to allow continued access to the drug, free of court-imposed restrictions while the case proceeds.

Dianne Feinstein, the democratic Senator from California, gives us the latest example of why octogenarians should not hold governmental power.

Meaning now Americans have changed their expertise of the month to "Legal Theory" and "Grand Jury Power". Is Trump guilty of a fraud crime here? Almost certainly, yes. Is it also a flimsy felony case that galvanizes his base and degrades the integrity of more serious cases in the near future? Even more likely!
