Iona’s grove is rescued from the Evil Fucking Tree and our heroes are ready to return to the task at hand: their labors.  After a quick goodbye to Iona and to Nausicaa’s parents, the gang returns Versi to her temple and ventures back to the site of their first labor: The Mithral Forge outside of Estoria.  Volkan delivers the heroes’ commissioned items and it’s onward and upward to the final labor bestowed upon the heroes by the oracle Versi herself: to reclaim the ancient weapons of the long-dead dragonlords, entombed at the Necropolis at Telamok.

With Demetria defeated and none of the heroes dead anymore, the heroes take a well deserved rest, under the careful watch of Laureus and his friends.  Their sleep, however, brings terrible visions and portents from Lutheria, surely trying to frighten them off of their glorious path.  When the heroes arrive at a town to deliver some of the rescued captives, though, they learn that Lutheria delivers on her promises.

Before continuing on their perilous journey to save the world, the heroes take a well-deserved break to attend a feast that King Pythor throws in their honor.  The feast itself is quite a merry time, full of music, alcohol and a few choice declarations by the God of Battle himself.  In the waning night after the party dissipates, some of the heroes contemplate their pasts and their futures, though the morning after brings news that spurs them to quick action on their next quest.

After scouting out the solution to their sacrifice dilemma, the heroes feel confident that their night on the Rock of Estor won’t be their last night on Thylea.  While chained to the rock, they find that the followers of the titans’ cults come in all kinds, from those blind with rage, to those with a relieving sense of humor.  They also learn that their actions have started to earn them some impressive clout as the people of Estoria rally en masse to watch the sacrifice and support the prophesied heroes both with homemade fan-club attire and promises of soon-to-be-popular merchandising.

Now that the sacrifice is over… it’s PARTY TIME!!!  Pythor, God of Battle and immortal King of Estoria has decided to throw a feast in honor of the heroes and their flaunting of the Cult of Sydon’s plans to eliminate Anora.  The lavish party and Pythor’s gratitude are well earned rewards, but the heroes still have two more labors to complete in order to fulfill Versi’s prophecy and they just learned that one was stolen out from under their noses.  In the morning it’s back to the task at hand and possibly into the dangerous Oldwood that dominates the south-center of the island of Thylea...

The 500 year Oath of Peace is coming to an end and the Titans’ jealous rage has only ripened over time.  Five heroes have been summoned by the Oracle, who prophesied that they are the only hope of refuge from the death of the gods, the destruction of the sacred tree, and the total annihilation of all mortal races.  Join our heroes (and their players):

Ariel (Venus), a naively entitled nymph with a pension for persuasion

Eto (Billy), a hard-ass Aresian soldier who believes that discipline and pride are cardinal virtues

Nausicaa (Violet), a strangely social medusa who can kill a yak from 200 yards away with her trusty bow

Nehmet (Sojak), a man out of time, slowly clearing a 500 year fog from his mind as he composes the greatest epic poem Thylea will ever know

Ylva (Jacob), a stranger in a strange land whose bone-and-hide armor is almost as threatening as her fiery magics

as they are guided through the world of Thylea by their Dungeon Master (Sam).  Many dangers exist in Thylea, especially for one so bold as to take up adventuring, but if The Chosen of Versi fail in their quest, the future of Thylea is certain to be a grim one.
