Many of us are dealing with anxiety and depression and the holiday season is increasing those feelings. Individuals should focus on continuing to eat healthy, exercise, sleep enough hours and not focus so much energy on pleasing others by buying presents as the economy is in high inflation. #mentalhealthmatters #covid #togethertowardhealth #holidays
#navidad #navidad2021 #juntxshacialasalud #togethertowardhealth #covid #indocumentados #daca #undocumented #familia #trauma #amorpropio

In Sonoma County, over 8,000 children have been vaccinated so far for ages 5-11. Parents and caretakers who have questions about the vaccine should contact their pediatrician. Those without health insurance should call 211 and make an appointment to get their child vaccinated or contact a health clinic to do this as well. #togethertowardhealth #juntxshacialasalud #covid #covidsonomacounty
