I've begun calling this lifetime a "Culmination Lifetime" because so many of us are facing emotional wounds, painful memories, self-medicating behaviors and coping mechanisms, which may or may not be healthy. Sometimes the root cause goes beyond this lifetime.

Through healing, we are able to transmute our self-limiting beliefs into stories of empowerment.

But what if you don't know where to start, or maybe you're not even sure what you need to heal? In this episode, Thomas and Majona talk about her realization of having anxiety and how her guides walked her through a transformation. If our vibrational frequencies are increasing, why is there so much negativity? Perhaps the more relevant questions we could ask ourselves are: "What can I do to change the current level of energy in society?" "Can I really make a difference? After all, I'm only one person," or "If people in power behave poorly, does it set precedents for everyone to follow suite?"

"Be the change you want to see," weren't Ghandi's exact words, but the sentiment merits action. Let's explore what that looks like behaviorally and energetically beginning with one humble human at a time.
