UCLA Alum, Honda Reverta professional and Olympic Athlete, Ally Carda, joins Life After Sport and co-host Liv Gott. Ally touches on how she battled depression in her college years, to coaching at Cal Poly SLO, to not making the Team USA roster in 2018 and how it was the best thing for her. This set back allowed her to flip her life, her mindset, to change bad habits, to take on new relationships and to really take control over her life. Tune IN!
