As Simona and many of us discover, the integration period back into life after we find relief from symptoms can be tricky and challenging to navigate, sometimes sending us back into another whirlwind, but we don't have to do this alone.

Simona has been practicing and teaching Mind-Body therapies for over 20 years and is currently becoming certified as a trauma-informed mindfulness meditation teacher.
