I do not enjoy running. Cardio is always the bane of my existence. Next month ill be doing the Goggins Challenge which consists of doing 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. We are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit. Join me in proving to yourself what we can achieve.

Apparently I messed up and instead of a video this time you just see a wonderful still of me. 

2017 I experienced a mania or something and my fiancé drove me to the hospital after trying to jump out into traffic ,among other events that transpired.
