Life Around "The Fire"

When we actually take God at His Word and do what He says He will literally fulfill all of His promises to us.
We function at our highest level when we receive the power of God  to do what was previously impossible to accomplish on our own strength.
Amazing... we are created to walk in the power of the resurrection from the dead... at least a part of it, right now.
It's a foretaste of more to come... and it's a lot!
We are called to be united so that we can share in it together... one man/woman ministries are like the dinasoars from another era... dead and extinct.
It's time for the united BODY of CHRIST to be empowered so the WE can be His witnesses... even to the ends of the Earth!

What do you do around people who are religious "know-it-alls"?
How does a person handle a chaotic setting?
How can you help a person with a debilitating affliction?
Jesus is the best person to ask if you have questions about why and how He does stuff.
Jesus loves the little children...

We are living in a time when world events are becoming more intense... much like the labor pains a woman feels just before finally giving birth to her new born child.
The thing about life is it feels so so daily and yet at the same time so amazingly real.
The way many of us understand some things about God are going to be experiencing a radical shift and a total life tranforming encounter with God as Who He is, not just Who someone else said He was.
God is setting the record straight.
His Love and His Life far exceed our wildest imaginations... He wants us to really see Who He is and what He's really like.
That's what this Big Deal is all about... Jesus being revealed to us by the power of the Holy Spirit.
This is not just "about" Him... This "IS" HIM being demonstrated to us by God the Holy Spirit.
Keep your ears and your eyes wide open!

This is an hour in world history in which all of us who are alive will be witnessing the greatest display of God's Glory to have ever touched this planet.
The return of Yeshua Hamashiach/Jesus Christ is very near.
The great and terrible day of the LORD is at hand.
Bo Yeshua Bo!

***  Editor's Note: There are varying viewpoints concerning which Mountain Jesus was Transfigured on.  We are still doing our homework on that matter in our studies of Scripture. So, please... "Eat the meat and spit out the bones" when it comes to certain aspects of interpretation. We are all learners... Thank you... Bo Yeshua Bo!

SSDD... Jellyfishing... Que, Sera, Sera... Whatever... It's all just in the hands of fate...
Purposeless living is empty (at best).
Intentional living is where we find real life.
Following Jesus is an intentional, daily, act of willfully choosing to do something more than just talk about doing something.
To follow Jesus is to find out what happens when Jesus shows up.
Intentional vs Whatever...

Who does Jesus think He is?
He's got some nerve telling me I need to lay down my life and follow Him in order for me to truly find life!
Just Who does He think He is?
Who do you think you are?
Really, just who do you think you are?
The only way to truly find out is by finding your real identity which is securely held in the Heart of Jesus.
So, follow Him and you will find your life.

It can be challenging, but, don't assume anything and by no means take the bait of "the what if's"!
We are all different and assimilate things differently.
We need God's Heart,  Mind, and Word in us so that we can navigate through the various pitfalls in life just like Jesus did in the Way He went about reveling things.
He has called and chosen us to both be like Him and to do the things that He did now just like He did  them then.
Assume nothing and get rid of the what if's!
Get Wisdom, Understanding, Knowledge, and Love!

Crowds of people are both interesting and at times unpredictable.
It takes a very secure and confident person to manage a crowd.
Without true authority and power managing a crowd of people can be like trying to coral a herd of cats.
Jesus knows how to handle any type of crowd.
For the record, crowds were never the litmus test of success in the mind of Christ.
His heart was focused on the Father's love and the majesty of His Kingdom being demonstrated in the Earth as it is in Heaven.
Jesus measures success differently than how we typically measure it.
Let's take another look at what happens when Jesus shows up and how He measures success...

Growing up as "Finn-Lander" in Hibbing, Mn. back in the 50's, 60's & 70's was uncomfortable to say the least.
It was predudice envitonment.
It was ethnically and racially a highly prejudice community... even though it was 99 percent Caucasian (and I am Caucasian).
People can come up with the most bizarre reason to be prejudice and divisive.
However, Jesus cut's through the barriers by bringing into the picture His forgiveness, His power, and His love.
He sees beyond the points of division and implaments a solution.
His LIFE is THE KEY SOLUTION TO ALL DIVISIONS!
It's the LIFE of Jesus that makes all the difference.
He demonstrates His abilities to confront hot topics and bring about true SHALOM/PEACE!
He sets the record straight and bring things back into their intended purpose order.

*** EDITOR'S NOTE: A MISTAKE WAS MADE IN PROVIDING THE SCRIPTURE PASSAGE IN THE FIRST PART OF THIS EPISODE. tHE PASSAGE SHOULD BE MARK CHAPTER 7:1-23 NOT LIKE 7:1-23. WOOPSI... AT LEAST WE KNOW WE MADE A MISTAKE (LOL)
If it wasn't for God being God I wouldn't believe in God.
People can make God look like Somebody He isn't.
They try to make God into Who and What they imagine Him to be like.
It's like giving someone the wrong directions to the destination they need to get to.
They get even more lost and desperate by taking those directions.
Enter Jesus... Praise God.
He comes to set the record straight and give us the One Right Direction... Himself!
