Went through so many struggles during employment and that always seemed to be a constant thing no matter the type op job I had. It makes me feel like such a failure and scares me for the future. I'm unemployed right now and not knowing how my future looks like is really uncomfortable. And I worry if me being overwhelmed will keep happening at every job. Do any of you relate and/or have tips? I just had my last autism assessment appointment and I'm so anxious. I have no idea whether she agrees with my self diagnosis and the waiting and not knowing makes me so stressed. Thought it was a good moment to talk about the struggles I had whilst undergoing this assessment. Hope this episode was in any way useful and/or relatable.

Heyhey, super cool you're listening! In this episode I discuss my special interest and just life the past week. I always thought I was the person that hopped from hobby to hobby. There's always a relatively short time I'm hyper fixated on a new or old hobby and then I move on to another one being completely obsessed with that on. But I now finally realised that I do have a super special interest. 

Since forever I've had an unhealthy relationship with being productive. I either take it way too far and serious or I just don't do anything at all. But the thing is, I use my productivity as a way to measure my worthiness and if I had a 'good' day which makes it all unnecessarily complicated I guess. Recognisable?

My impulsivity has brought me both joy and worry. I had no idea it was part of autism, I'm learning so much. Really curious if any of you ever have the same? And if so, in what department do you lack impulse control most?
