In this episode, I talk about the constant feeling I have of needing to achieve something. I feel like if I'm not continuously working or trying to achieve something, then I'm a failure. The fear of failing in my career is what adds to this feeling and, it's exhausting. You shouldn't feel like you have to always be doing something, as resting and putting yourself first is important for your mental health. I want you guys to know that you are not alone as I feel this all the time, but it is important that you recognize this if it's happening to you. Your career and future is important, but you are also a part of that so you need to make sure you are making time for yourself.
