What will you have to exchange in order to really have the life you want NOW. A few tears maybe? But to get through that fear of change and upheaval to finally realize that you are in an environment that feeds your SOUL...wouldn't that be worth it? As GenXers some of us are still taking care of millennial or GenZ kids and on the other side, we are caring for aging parents. Seems selfish to even consider that where you are is NOT where you should be...or better yet not where you WANT to be. But to hell with that. You can do both. What are some things that you can do NOW and in the future to begin curating the life YOU want to live versus the life that is expected of you? Join us as Dr. Mario Jackson shares his journey of packing his life into around 16 boxes and changing the game on how he chose to live. DON'T miss this one yall!
In 2018, with a marriage ended, and a boring job, Dr. Mario Jackson felt unsatisfied with life. Although he had a well-paying career in education and a decent apartment in northwest DC, he was haunted by a whisper. Something was telling him that there was more to life than working and paying bills.
Today Dr. Jackson is helping Gen Xers learn how to think creatively about the future. He has a signature coaching model that gives Gen-Xers the permission to ditch the idea of waiting until retirement to enjoy the lifestyle they want now. Clients work through the model to get out of the fog and create a clear vision of the life they desire. A critical piece of the model involves teaching clients how to manage their minds, so they can release the pressure of making a lifestyle transition. When not working with clients, Dr, Mario hangs out at the beach, explores the island as well as taking in delicious local delicacies. His professional background & education includes:
Certified Coach from Coach Training Alliance
(CTA), an International Coach Federation (ICF) recognized program
