We are diving deep into relationships today where we talk about how to cultivate a relationship that is the best fit for you. You are looking for a Partner not a Project to fix. If you are going into a relationship with the thought "When I marry them I can change them". That's the wrong way to go into a relationship. You are telling them that they are not good enough or that there is something wrong with them. We touch on setting up your expectations, boundaries and deal breakers before you go into a relationship. Just like you have expectations for your job that wont last you for the rest of your life, don't you think that you should put more thought into your relationship that you Expect to be your "Forever" Relationships are a part of your entire life. You are the heart and soul of your entire world. You are the center of your universe and you are in control of what you allow or don't. You teach people how to treat you by the what you choose to allow in your life. Learn how to be Alone. Learn to Love you before you try to love someone else. You take you with you! Helloooooooo! Welcome to Episode #0004! 

This was a question that I heard on another podcast that I was listening to by Rachel Hollis on her Rise Podcast where she was interviewing Jasmine Star. And when she asked that question I said to myself ...there is my next podcast title! Since I got into personal development I learned that you are where you are because of how you think. But I had never heard the the question "Do you think about what you think about?" Really let that sink in for just a second. Everything that happens in your life is based off of your current way of thinking. If you are a negative person, then the majority of your thoughts are negative and I would venture to guess that most of your life experiences are on the negative side as well. If your a positive person, then I am pretty sure that the majority of your life experiences are on the positive side. All of those thoughts determine your direction. We talked about your direction last week. Having a Destination gives you direction and helps you with your vision for the future. If you think about what you think about, you get to determine what success is to you and not let other people tell you what success "should be" to you.
