MARTIN: Hi everyone. This is Martin Pytela from Life Enthusiast. And with me today, I have Rehmannia Dean Thomas, the founder of RDT Herbs, and my favorite traditional Chinese tonic herbs provider. Rehmannia, welcome to the show.

REHMANNIA: Thank you, Martin. Thanks for having me back. It’s always a pleasure to talk with you.

MARTIN: Yeah, I thought that would be really interesting for our listeners to understand your perspective of the ancient heritage. How is this concept even put together? I would like to go back to the roots of it. I’m sure you have studied it, good and hard, right?

REHMANNIA: Yes I have. I’ve always been very interested in Chinese culture. Been there a few times, very fascinating place. And they are one contiguous civilization, you know, we should find that impressive. They’ve gone back through their own dynasties, through their own civilization. The Chinese believe that what they call wild history goes back to about 20 or 30,000 BC. And the herbs that we use, the formulas that I’ve created and that you’re helping me get out there to the world, these herbs are thought to go back to that early era of human activity. Some of the early legends are where they saw what animals did. You know, the people who were living up in the Northern Manchurian region of China, kind of near Siberia and near North Korea up in there is where it started.

REHMANNIA: And people saw animals like a deer get a bone fracture, and then they would see the deer go chew on a bark of a tree. Now, in those days, if a deer got a bone fracture, it’s pretty much a gonner, right? Well, they watch this deer go to chew, chew on the bark of the tree and this bone heals up right away and they go, Hey! And then somebody in their clan gets a bone fracture or a bone problem. They go get the bark and did it, and then somewhere along the line, someone figured out how to cook that as tea and drink it. Which was a really important development in humanity. And their bone healed up quicker! And someone marked that on a piece of bamboo somewhere, but the Chinese wild history believes that goes back into about 20,000 BC. So the herbs that we are working with here have been, you know, empirically observed and used by umpteen billions of people over, you know, many, many eons. And and that is very important to me, because I do not like to work with a system of herbology or any healing modality that hasn’t been thoroughly, thoroughly documented with actual Materia Medicas and actual, long, empirical observation. We’ve got all that going for us here. And it’s a really valuable thing for us in the West today to learn about this.

MARTIN: Yeah. I’m thinking, as you’re saying these words, I’m thinking herbs are essentially concentrators, right. They grow in specific soil in a specific terroir in a specific climate and they concentrate into themselves, the stuff that they find in the soil.

REHMANNIA: Yeah.

CIRSTEN: All right, here we go! How you doing? How is everyone? Martin has got to send me some of that scar stuff, you said the scar stuff did help heal someone’s tumor, right?

MARTIN: Well, that was a fibroid tumor, which, you know, we need to distinguish cancerous tumors from fibroid tumors. It is not the same thing.

CIRSTEN: Yeah. And then you said her side effect was that it got rid of all her stretch marks.

MARTIN: Yeah, that was the bonus. (laughing)

CIRSTEN: Yeah. I mean, I have some scars I wanna get rid of, they are dark, but you know, since I am taking the heavy metal detox…

MARTIN: Zeolite? Yeah.

CIRSTEN: Yes, Zeolite, that should help. Yeah.

MARTIN: Yeah.

CIRSTEN: Anyway, so how is everyone? Here we are! Any questions for Martin?

MARTIN: “I think you have the best show,” it says. Hey, Cirsten, you have the best show!

CIRSTEN: Okay. So if everyone wants to know what I take on the daily, I get up and I take the Strata Flora to help my digestion, then I take the AuraSil, which is all the supergreens. Then I take the Zeolite, and you know I go on my day, pretty much. So, sometimes I take some other extra stuff. The Aurasil, I take that when I want to detox something.. but other than that I’m good.

MARTIN: You know, myself, I actually have Humic, salt, I actually take Himalayan salt in my water in the morning, I take Iodine drops in my morning water…

CIRSTEN: …I do that too! I do that, I forgot that. And I take the mixture of your Fulvic acid and your Pineal.

MARTIN: Oh yeah, the Pineal, it is sort of looks like this. It’s a black liquid. There are three different ones, one is called ATP Energy, one is called Pineal Clearing, one is called Divine Vine, and they are tuned to these three different chakras. The ATP is tuned to the throat chakra, the Pineal to the third eye, and the Divine is tuned to the top, to the number seven.

Podcast 436: CirstenW Health Talks – Part 9

CIRSTEN: All right, here we are, here we go. Hi, everyone! By the way, I’ve had a lot of problems with this left arm. I can’t lift it up all the way, but it’s gotten better. But the massage therapist told me that I’m not getting any blood circulation to my shoulder blades, which is affecting my arm.

MARTIN: We need to start getting someone to spray you from behind with that thing I sent you, the Epiphany.

CIRSTEN: Yeah, I spray myself with the Epiphany.

MARTIN: Yeah, but you need to get it on the shoulder blade, you know?

CIRSTEN: Okay. I ran out of that. I’ve used that all up already, I need some. Okay, hi guys! Hi everyone! I’m here. Few products are out of stock, Martin is going to tell you which ones…

MARTIN: So, Cirsten apparently opened her mouth very well about the Cortisol-Ease last week. So many of you ordered that! Not only did we sell what we had, we also completely drained the manufacturers.

CIRSTEN: And I couldn’t get any for me!

MARTIN: So, I’m getting some today, so we’ll send you some, Cirsten. Whatever backorders we have, we will fill. But if you order today, it’s probably gonna be two weeks before you see it.

There’s this gal, Ellen, who asks: “Are eye floaters always linked to liver problems? And what do you take?” Well, yes, the quality of your vision is the reflection of the health of your liver, and the floaters are caused by protein bits floating in the eye. So you would want to detoxify it. And I’m getting multiple people telling me that as soon as they get on Nano Soma, floaters go away.

CIRSTEN: Okay, here we go! It has been a while, you have been very busy.

MARTIN: Oh my Lord, I have had a life and a half in this amount of time.

CIRSTEN:Oh my gosh! So, I am using your spray, the Epiphany spray, and it is helping my arm. I had a bad thing in my back and then it went up to my arm, I can’t even lift it all the way, it is awful.

MARTIN: Yes. It will loosen the blocked energies.

CIRSTEN: Yeah, it is bad. I don’t know, I got massages and everything, but it is helping. Hi, everyone in the chat!

CIRSTEN: Okay, let’s start! Hello, everyone! We are here, we are ready to start. I really have to say that I am in love with Fulvic Acid, it is really doing wonders, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, really, let me get that, one second, I will show you what I love. Martin is here with us again, you can ask him any questions like you always want to.

MARTIN: Sure. Yeah, we will answer all the questions!

CIRSTEN: You will answer all the questions, whether you like to or not. Okay, this is my new favorite. Do I have to keep this refrigerated? The Fulvic acid…

MARTIN: You do not.

CIRSTEN: Okay. It says it is for heavy metal detox, so if I am using this and the metal detox, is that too much or not?

MARTIN: Well, you are using Zeolite, which is a binder, and Fulvic is like a pusher. So if the Zeolite was the dustpan, this would be the broom. They work together beautifully, this thing is pushing it out of the hiding, and then the Zeolite grabs it and takes it away. The best thing to do is use both.

CIRSTEN: Okay, great. So, I know a lot of you are here for the Nano Soma! The repair from toxic insertions.

MARTIN: I just started reading messages in the chat, Mr. CB says: “I love Martin.”

MARTIN: Oh, let me explain how it works. When it comes to you, it comes in two bottles. The Life Crystals and The Activator, and the secret is the Activator is actually Fulvic Acid.

Podcast 433: CirstenW Health Talks – Part 6

CIRSTEN: Hello, everyone! Welcome! Martin sent me two bottles of Nano Soma, but I don’t know how to use them. This is the stuff that will help with your immunity. How do you do this? You have this big tube…

MARTIN: Oh, no, no, screw it back on, and then pull it apart, pull the lid off. There’s a lid on top of a sprayer.

CIRSTEN: Oh, okay. How much do you spray?

MARTIN: Five sprays. Well, start with less. Don’t overdo it.The product itself works great. This thing that she is talking about, is called Nano Soma, it comes in a box like this, and she showed the sprayer. It is a policosanol-based product, it is coming to us from an inventor in India, they actually make it in Switzerland, and bottle it in the United States. 

CIRSTEN: I just wanna heal up before I do my show in Pennsylvania. So let’s talk about a few of the products that I am taking.

MARTIN: We’ll have you fixed up. So, somebody just right at the top of the chatline said: “What about those crystal pearls,” or whatever they said…

CIRSTEN: Oh, the water, the prills!

MARTIN: We can talk about that. We always try to get into the basic principles of healing. When you get the major things right, you will have an easier and better life. Oftentimes I tell people: “You are majoring in minor things, get back to basics.” Or another line I like to use is: “It is hard to fix with pills, which you screw up with your fork.” Anyway, about those crystal pearls, one of the things we do is hydration. Hydration is important, and we have this gadget that you can put in water that helps to structure your water so that it is more hydrating. Your skin will look better, your cells will be more hydrated. It is like turning old raisins back into grapes.

CIRSTEN: The pearls come in two different bags, one is the white pearls and then there’s another bag, right?

MARTIN: Yeah.

CIRSTEN: Yeah, they clean your water, you just put it in your water. I can see my water is alive because I see bubbles. This is the most inexpensive way to treat your water. I have a Japanese Kangen water machine, which is $4,000. How much are these pearls, Martin?

MARTIN: Oh, $37. And they are good for five years.

CIRSTEN: They are amazing. Here’s a Kangen water system with seven titanium plates, and it is used to produce some bubbles, but your little pearls produce more bubbles to show that it is alive than my whole $4,000 machine! That stuff is fantastic. I missed Martin last week because I was itching to death and I am still, it seems like when you get those bites from those bugs or whatever they are, they might be laying eggs in where the bites are, and you have to kill those off too, it is really crazy. I never had that many since I had chickenpox when I was a child in Singapore. So my gosh, God is really allowing me to go through it, which is fine.

MARTIN: That is rough, right?

CIRSTEN: It is unbearable. I had bites here and there, they seem to recess, but you know, I need your stuff, so please send me the stuff for the itching.

Podcast 432: CirstenW Health Talks – Part 5

CIRSTEN: Here you go, here is the man of the hour.

MARTIN: Oh, hello!

CIRSTEN: Hello, everyone! So, I am in South Carolina, it is rainy and cold, but it is beautiful here. And I am taking your stuff, it is keeping me sane. So that’s what’s going on.

MARTIN: It is good to be kind of grounded, right?

CIRSTEN: Yeah, it is great to be grounded, and it is great to be mellow. Everyone is asking me what I take. I take the Strata Flora to balance my digestive system, I take the Aurasil to give me all the greens that I need, I am actually running out, but I am on vacation, so I don’t think you should send it here, I think I will be back in a week, not next week, a week after, and I will get it at home, but I love this stuff. I am like… I wouldn’t say the word addicted, but very attached.

MARTIN: Yeah, that is like me addicted to oxygen, right?

CIRSTEN: I am very attached to it. And then we have of course the Zeolite for detox. I swear, my gums are in such good shape, you were correct, the receding gums are not receding anymore, after taking the Zeolite, the mercury is getting out of my body.

MARTIN: Yeah, great! So, to sum it up: The whole thing about living in the industrial age. All of us are now like fish in an aquarium. We are toxic with heavy metals, and we need to bind them out because if we don’t, they are making everything worse. It is like the baseline. If you have toxic metals, no matter what you do, everything is distorted. So when you bind the metals, things improve. And then the second step is the Strata Flora, where we are fixing the gut because heavy metals disrupt the gut, they mess with the microbes. So now we are correcting that. And then the third step is that Aurasil, I mean, that varies from person to person, Cirsten is getting Aurasil because it is calming, because her natural personality is this wired, high RPM, quick response. We don’t need to speed her up, we should ground her, so that is what we do.

CIRSTEN: My friend Amanda is taking something else, Amanda is taking the Powrtein, and she loves it.

MARTIN: That is because Amanda is sort of slow, mellow, maybe too mellow, and so she needs a pickup. We produce various things, each of them tuned for different people.

CIRSTEN: Yeah, definitely. And basically I told Amanda the other day you were the best gift that she could ever give me.

MARTIN: Awww…

CIRSTEN: Because you make me feel so much better. That is nice, right?

MARTIN: But you know what? I have been hearing from so many people, your people, your invites, your referrals, and they are just saying things of this sort, like: “Oh, you are like an angel to me. You are a godsend!

CIRSTEN: Hi there, everyone! We are here with Martin! We can get started right now, and we will wait for some people to join in. Okay, here we go. Sorry, we are a little late! It is so hot here today…

MARTIN: Are you hot? You are hot!

CIRSTEN: No, I mean I am sweating! It is 90 degrees here.

MARTIN: Yeah, Florida is hot.

CIRSTEN: Oh yeah, it is hot and humid, it is unreal! Okay, so here is the link, you can see the link to Martin’s website on the screen now.

MARTIN: Yeah, this link will take you to the Life Enthusiast website, where we have about 600 different products, but we are not gonna talk about every one of them today. We are going to try and answer questions that people may have.

CIRSTEN: These are Martin’s 600 products, they are not my products, they are his products that I use. And I’m using the Strata Flora, the Aurasil, and of course Zeolite to get rid of the metals. That is what I’m using. And as you saw last week, I had a little stalker here, but I remained very calm through the whole thing.

MARTIN: Yeah, that is a thing that should be said, right? When I first met Cirsten, my first observation was: “Oh my gosh, she’s just on the edge of being a little too overstimulated.”

CIRSTEN: Look at my teeth! It is called over… what do you call it? What is that undermetabolizer, and I’m over… the opposite of that!

MARTIN: I should probably talk about that. The way it works is that the autonomic nervous system has two sides, fight-or-flight on one side, and rest-and-repair on the other side. The sympathetic is the fight-or-flight, and the parasympathetic is the rest-and-repair. And so when we first met, I was thinking: “Oh, Cirsten, you are just a little too much on this sympathetic side.” And so the products that we were picking were the ones that are helping to keep the person calm. So if you find yourself just a little too stressy or short-tempered, or even rage-y, you know, road rage is an example of it, then there are foods and supplements that we could use to help to bring you closer to the middle. And the opposite, of course, some people are under-stimulated, in extreme they’ll be depressed, and we can bring them back to the middle using the other tools we have.

CIRSTEN: I’m overstimulated, but I’m getting more mellow, so it is fine. It is just so hot here today, that I had to close all the windows because it was like a furnace, I swear, and it is very humid. Anyways, I take my vitamins, I’m leaving town supposedly on Sunday, I’m gonna have to pack all of Martin’s vitamins and powders with me because I’m… what’s the word… not obsessed…

MARTIN: You don’t want to call yourself dependent, right?

CIRSTEN: Dependent, obsessed, dependent, whatever.

MARTIN: One of the people popped a question saying: “I’m already starting on Zeolite, how should I take it?

CIRSTEN: There we go!

MARTIN: All right.

CIRSTEN: Martin, I’m very relaxed from your vitamins, so it’s all good, they work, obviously.

MARTIN: Lovely! (laughing) Do you know what’s interesting? I am talking to some people that come from your call, and they say:  “I’m like Cirsten, I need slowing down.” And I also hear from people things like:  “I’m totally not like that. What do you have to speed me up?” And then I had a really complicated call from one of your viewers, and she started out on the Thermo Burn.

CIRSTEN: I’ll tell you what happened. My gums were receding, as you said from the mercury, so my gums were receding from the mercury. So, the mercury is basically gone from the Zeolite, which I need more of, and my gums are doing better. Can you believe that?

MARTIN: I can, because that happened to me too.

CIRSTEN: Yeah! All the toxic metals are gone, gone, gone.

MARTIN: Well, that’s too early to say, but it’s helping. Cool. Very cool. So I started saying, this client called, and she started saying how she actually had a real anxiety attack, and she thinks it is from the Thermo Burn product. So we keep talking and I keep saying:  “well, maybe not this, maybe that,” and then like 15 minutes into the conversation, she starts telling me:  “I’m on SSRIs, and I’m on blood pressure medication, and I’m this and this and this.” And I’m thinking, that is not Thermo Burn doing it, it’s the chemical drugs that she’s on! The difficult thing with people is that they often don’t tell the whole picture.

CIRSTEN: Right, they are not telling the whole picture, the truth, they’re only telling part of it. But believe me, your stuff is working. And please send me some more Zeolite, I need it.

MARTIN: It’s on the way!

CIRSTEN: I have a question. In Strata Flora containers – why are the spoons so big? Why do I have to take five spoonfuls?

MARTIN: You don’t have to.

CIRSTEN: Okay.

MARTIN: You take only what feels good. You take what feels right, what your body wants. Not what’s on paper. It is just a general recommendation.

CIRSTEN: I’m definitely not doing five big spoons. Maybe two.

MARTIN: Do what your intuition asks for. The body knows more than a label.

CIRSTEN: Right.

MARTIN: But detoxing is a great thing. I’m so pleased to hear you say that the Zeolite is working for you. In fact, I think that if I had to choose one thing, that would be on my list, because we are living in such a toxic world. CIRSTEN: Hi everyone, we are here and Martin is going to talk about some of his products! I’ve been on his products every single day and I’m feeling better, I’m sleeping deeper, it’s amazing. I wouldn’t have him on the show every week if I didn’t think his stuff was amazing, and he’s got over 600 products!

MARTIN: Yeah, all right, sold! Maybe we should expand the scope of it. First of all, I work as a metabolic typing advisor. I am schooled in how genetics and food interact. Our ancestors, up to 500 years ago, before the industrial revolution, lived in a fairly narrow scope and climate. So if somebody lived in the tropics, they had easy access to tropical fruit and they probably could do just fine on mostly vegetarian food, but people who lived in the cold climate like Norway, Sweden, or North America, by the Baffin island or somewhere up there, they have seven or eight months of winter. There are no vegetables year-round, so they had to adapt, and they had to adapt to the food resource that was available in that local area, and it didn’t take too many generations for that to happen. So now you have people who can live like, I guess they’re called Eskimos still, I don’t know, Northern people, they can live on whale blubber and seal meat that they never cook. They don’t see a vegetable year-round.

CIRSTEN: I’m from the equator, by the way, right on the equatorial line is where I’m from.

MARTIN: Right. So when you and five generations before you live on easy access to tropical fruit, you’ll probably be doing just fine on a tropical fruit diet, and you might not do so well on something else. Not everybody is an Italian farmer.

CIRSTEN: Right!

MARTIN: And so this North American diet, that is mostly pizza and calzone and whatever, that’s good for some people, but far from everybody. And the second thing that’s going on is that we have this industrial revolution, reaching into agriculture. For the last hundred years, nutrient density has been declining. There are fewer and fewer nutrients in food. What is happening is that the fertilizers are pushing the plants to grow faster. They look good on the outside, but on the inside, they’re actually quite thin or hollow. I don’t mean physically, I mean chemically, there’s not enough. There may be calcium, but there might not be magnesium. There may not be selenium or whatever, you’ll be running into deficits.

CIRSTEN: Right. So the selenium… do I have that product? What selenium product do you have?

MARTIN: Well, we put it into all of the superfood blends, right? The whole concept of the superfood is that we go around the planet and we find high-density foods. We find organic or biodynamic foods that have been grown slow on healthy soil, foods that have a lot of nutrients. And even still, we fortify them with minerals. And we have this special method, where we feed the minerals to a baker’s yeast, and the yeast actually eats those minerals and turns them into edible or absorbable minerals. So even the vitamins that would start out as something not quite so absorbable turns into something that’s very, very absorbable.
