TLC Children's Home has announcement that they will be closing down. This is a home that we have spent quite a bit of time at and the children have simply stolen our hearts. The thought of the children losing their home is utterly heart breaking and simply couldn’t stand by and not do more.

Phalatse was the fist black girl to be diagnosed with Progeria – a rare genetic condition.
