In this episode of Life, Lemons & LemonDrops, Greer and Whitnie do what we do best—celebrate! Our little podcast is now two years old, and with over 100 episodes delivered like clockwork, we take a moment to reflect on the journey, our personal growth and to thank our listeners for sharing the ride with us.
One of our biggest lessons is to appreciate how diverse the experiences are of the people and the world around us. Observing, appreciating, and commenting on that diversity is the key to the success of LemonDrops. Sometimes life comes at you fast. And just keeping up with what often feels like madness and chaos is all you can do—but we hope to shine a light on and inspire you to strive to do more than just survive the lemons. We aim to provide the tools and resources to embrace the challenges and use them to catapult you to the next level.
Thank you for being a loyal supporter of Life, Lemons & LemonDrops and in our 3rd year, look for more of our original programming, which will go in some fun and insightful new directions.

"A river cuts through rock not because of its power but because of its persistence." ~ Jim Watkins
We don't get what we want because of a few moments of motivation. We get what we want through discipline, consistency, and persistence. Much like a river of water, if we keep at it, we cut through the stuff, the obstacles of life, and can flow to the place of our dreams. It doesn't happen overnight. And because it takes time, we have to recognize that we will not always be motivated, so to maintain momentum, we have to tap into a willingness to continue making progress. In this episode of Life, Lemons & LemonDrops, Whitnie discusses the importance of continuous movement and forward progress to reaching your goals.
If you are stuck and need assistance getting started or accountability to keep going, book a strategy session with Whitnie today.

While not doctors and not prescribing any specific remedies, we do share our unique sleep journeys and offer suggestions that might help you achieve the restorative rest you need to tackle the other challenges you experience.

This or That. Brainsparker. Cocktail party chatter.

Through some thought-provoking social engagement exercises, they have fun answering mystery questions on the fly, much the same way you would at a cocktail party or networking event. In this episode of Life, Lemons & LemonDrops hosts Greer and Whitnie take a much-deserved victory lap on the heels of the Golden State Warriors Championship win over the Boston Celtics. As their beloved local basketball team reaches the pinnacle of the NBA, they observe that the detractors are already coming after the Warriors. Notably, complaints mount about the bloated players' payroll of the Warriors (highest in the league). Still, instead of agreeing with the criticism, the hosts use this opportunity to talk about the value of making investments in your own success, a lesson people can learn from the success of the World Champion Golden State Warriors.
