In today’s episode - I have Sinead Crowe who set up Intuitive Eating Ireland on instagram. It is a great resource for anybody who is looking to move away from dieting and learn to eat more intuitively. I thought this would be an interesting conversation to have on the podcast, because of course - I do believe there is a time and place for dieting.
