A very valid reminder to not shame yourself, to give yourself back the kindness and compassion you so easily give to others and to remember that at the end of the day you are only human and you are here to experience this thing called life with love.

In the midst of your mind of chaos and of doubt please remember there is a reason why you started. Remember the feeling, remember that this chaos will not last forever. Find the glimmer of hope, find the glimmer of faith in your core, remember your worth, remember your why. 

You've got this. You can get through this. Whatever it is. Remember there's a reason and I believe in you. You have the strength in yourself. 

You are worth it.
