Today we had the pleasure of interviewing Grace Benvenuti, a content creator who bravely shares about her journey recovering from an eating disorder. She opens up about how it began, how it controlled her life for so long and recognizing when it was time to get treatment. Despite looking back on such a vulnerable time in her life, Grace approaches the conversation with maturity and optimism. Through this experience she has learned how to cultivate self love, acceptance and a better understanding of who she really is.
