Brittney is the founder and baker behind FOMO Baking Company, an allergen free bakery that is conscientious of no cross contamination but also brings the best flavor in assorted cookie bites for all to love. FOMO's cookie bites are gluten free, dairy free, egg free, peanut free, tree nut free, and soy free.
We talked about Brittney's departure from her legal career into baking as a result of her celiac diagnosis in 2012 in her second year of law school. From that diagnosis and her work on the legal side with other food brands, she felt a burning fire to want to bring others a safe treat she herself sought and couldn't find in the market place.
Following your passion, dealing with naysayers and mansplaining, the misconceptions about alternative ingredient baking, Brittney shares how her "it's now or never" attitude that lead her to be able to, today, provide a sweet solace to those who may not have been able to safely find one in cookies before.
