The summer is coming to an end and kids are returning to school. How do we adjust to the "new normal" even coming out of a couple of seasons where life was anything but normal? Today we're joined by Jessica Nelson to discuss this amongst many other helpful topics.

Jessica Nelson is currently at Restoration Counseling and is working towards licensure as a professional counselor.
