I haven't done a solo podcast in quite a while. Life has been a rollercoaster lately with my shortened track season, going to Paris for spring break, and closing up the school year. I figured it would be a good time to air my thoughts on the current state of The Sunday Shakeout and use this to guide my mission this summer for the show.
