In celebration of National Eating Disorder Awareness Week (NEDAW) Julia is joined by Dad Versus Eating Disorder (as he's known on twitter) or Will in real life. He is father of a 13-year-old girl who is almost 1 year into ED recovery! His story is one of unwavering support and is such an insight into the life of the caregiver - from mistakes and frustrations to victories big and small.

Today (January 28, 2019) marks 463 days without a relapse into Eating Disorder (ED) behaviors for me! That's my longest streak ever. I'm feeling strong, healthy and more excited about my work as a Registered Dietitian and Journalist than ever. Just below the surface though, ED still makes many days difficult. In this first episode of Life with ED, the podcast I tackle my own (Julia Werth) story. How I developed an eating disorder, what it feels like and most importantly how I've gotten to where I am today - in a (mostly) ED free life.
