Since having Covid, I've been going through the motions of gaining and losing habits. Here are some great habits I have gained and some habits that I still kind of do, but not as much as I did before getting sick. Anyways, I thought I would share. Thanks for listening! 

I know. I've been away for a while. I'm sorry, but also, I'm not...I explain why I've been M.I.A. and what I have been trying to work through. Nothing crazy bad, but just some things I have experienced and still experiencing. Just know I have been taking care of myself, putting myself first, and would record when I FELT READY to. I hope to be back more consistently, now that I have the motivation. Life can get crazy and out of your control, but it's the steps you take to move forward and grow from the experience that makes you a better version of YOU. Thanks for listening!

Hi! I feel that most people will feel the same way about some of the things that gross me out. Also, stay tuned for a little voicemail clip from my boo, Shane! I listened to this episode before posting it and was getting grossed out just thinking, imaging and feeling like I could smell the things that gross me out. LOL It drives Alvaro nuts how sensitive I am to some of these things. Oh well, he's stuck with me for better or for worst. Anyways, enjoy!

I'm hoping that the sound bit actually worked, so we'll see lol. I have been wanting to share with everyone things that I fear for a bit, but other things would come up that needed to be recorded first. Of course these aren't what other's might fear and that's ok! I didn't want to list the most obvious of losing loved ones, death, the unknown of if I will be here to see tomorrow etc. Those are much bigger than me and any of us. We must live life in the present moment, because you really don't know if it will be your last moments together with your loved ones. Anyways, thanks for listening!

I would never wish this experience we went through on anyone. No child should be body shamed or judged for how they appear physically. That shit sticks with you as an adult. That feeling of not being good enough or looking good enough sticks with you.

Thank you, Mom for showing us how much you cared and doing anything and everything to find clothes that made us feel COMFORTABLE and not just going with a name brand or telling us we needed to lose weight. Also, Thank you for the genes. :) Thanks for listening, everyone! 

Visiting Chicago and seeing Alvaro's Grandma reminded me how precious time really is. DO NOT waste time saying you're going to see your loved ones, to not. Actions speak louder than words! Take the time you have left on Earth serious, see and tell those that you care about that you love them. Time is precious. Live your life to the fullest, because you only have one and do not take it for granted. 

If someone creates a time machine I will be your best friend, if you take my to the 80s LOL Give me Bon Jovi, Poison, Motley Crue, Guns N' Roses, Ratt, Def Leopard, Areo Smith, Cinderella, Journey, Kiss (with or without the make up). Give me Queen, White Snake, ZZ Top, Twisted Sister, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Heart, and Stevie Nicks. I missed all these names and more, but these are the bands that I grew up listening to and wish that I could go back and see them!! I know, what a crazy thing to think about lol Thank you, Mama Tina for giving me a good range of music to listen to. On road trips we would play that CD, Best of 80s Rock and it was the best thing ever. Thanks for listening! Please listen to that 80s rock playlist :)

Listen People! I have NOT done grocery shopping since the pandemic started. I maybe have gone once, but my husband has been the primary person that has been shopping since Ms. Covid19 said, "Hi, how are ya?" This was an experience I wasn't expecting and lets just say it didn't start out well in the beginning, but ended on a good note. I got my heavy whipping cream! LOL enjoy!
