Alright everybody, we have an interesting topic this week that you may have seen in your feed(s) recently- withholding sex out of spite.  While the idea that two grown adults in an intimate relationship could not simply discuss their differences and move on in a healthy way seems insane, we invite you to take the ride with us.  Elle and JP give their thoughts on how this effects both partners, why someone may take this approach, and possible alternatives to help solve problems in a healthy way.  We want to hear from the listeners on this one, so let us know what you think in the comments!

What a fun episode we have today!  So, we laid the groundwork last week in preparation for this episode.  Today we have two experienced swingers giving Elle and JP the scoop on what the lifestyle is really like.  They cover anything and everything you might want to know about swinging, from the parties to the lingo, even about the vetting process that some couples might have when looking for new partner(s).  Elle conducts the interview while JP’s head explodes, it’s a good time!

It’s election day.  In these wildly uncertain times, your hosts will try to bring some levity and light into your life.   We all know it’s hard to talk about politics these days, as party affiliation has become such a big part of so many peoples’ personalities, it seems.  So, let’s discuss if and how that has affected relationships with significant others, family, and friends.  Whatever happens, try to remember that most people are inherently good, and we all want what’s best for our fellow Americans, we may just disagree on the best path to get there.  We love you guys.  Thanks for listening!

Great expectations and we aren’t talking about Charles Dickens.  We all have expectations, and the key to becoming a well-adjusted adult is learning how to manage them, but that’s way easier said than done.  This week Elle and JP discuss their own hangups with expectations.  Ranging from a hypothetical vacation scenario to a very real and heartwarming example of how becoming a parent was a great moment of clarity when it comes to learning to live in the present.

Coming off an interesting conversation with a friend, Elle presents us with a topic we’ve probably all considered at least once…does our partner satisfy us?  There’s a lot to unpack here as both hosts share their own personal experiences and try to prove or dispel some of the generalizations we see amongst men and women nowadays when it comes to partner satisfaction.  We’re going all over the road so strap in.

The contrast in upbringing between Gen Xers and Gen Z is stark, and as a millennial writing this description, I'm just glad we're no longer in the hotseat. Join them as they address their grievances, reminisce on their own childhoods, and speculate wildly on where the next generation is headed.
