What to do when you don't feel like you fit in.

What causes peer pressure? The desire to fit in, avoid rejection and gain social acceptance.  Including in peer pressure is the pressure to fit a certain skin color. For example, if you are black you should be able dance or be good at sports. 

Anger is easily or frequently mobilized can undermine relationships and it can be deleterious to the body in the long term. Prolonged stress hormones can destroy neurons in areas of the brain.

Racism exists when one ethnic group or historical collectivity dominates, excludes, or seeks to eliminate another on the basis of differences that it believes are hereditary and unalterable.

What if I told you the body does not have conscious, that the mind controls the body. As you might be thinking, what controls the mind is consciousness. Our consciousness is programed by our belief system.

Letting Go is the most freeing feeling you can ever imagine, we are the creators of our own world. Since we can create our world, we can also change the way we view the world.

Emotions such as fear, doubt, insecurities, stress, desire and anger we give power to. Look at it deeper, fear, doubt, insecurities, stress, desire and anger are not conscious beings but we as humans are.
