Ellen White - I’ve combined these experiences, and with my love for serving others, and found my perfect outlet: Life Coaching.

Now, before I had my own private practice, I got a degree in Human Resources Management and worked in the corporate world. I worked for boutique companies as small as seven people and corporations as large as 6000. I trained, consulted and coached employees from entry level up to all levels of senior executives. I taught sales, customer service and countless leadership programs.

At the end of the day, what I was doing was essentially helping people. No matter what the company, it’s size, or profitability: where there are people, there are issues and opportunities. There are always people who feel stressed, unhappy, confused, dissatisfied, insecure, powerless, etc.; or people who are poor communicators, or who lack self-awareness, or people who just want more joy, growth or satisfaction. As a result, I ended up doing a lot of one-on-one personal coaching. That’s when I decided it was time to start my own practice. I’ve never looked back.

We all recognize the need for coaches in sports – the skater who gets a pep talk just before their medal routine; or the golfer who chokes, only to make the comeback shot and win the cup. Why not have a coach for every other part of our lives? Why not allow yourself some help?
