She gives us an inside look into the ideation and creation of a few of her songs and what it was like singing the National Anthem at the 2022 Cotton Bowl.

Today I'm joined by Christy Schultz, a decorated amateur golfer with success spanning from her time competing as a junior, through college, and into the Mid-Am level. She has won 9 NYSGA championships including the last two NYSGA Women's Mid-Am Championships. Matt June joined me on the podcast today. Matt is a certified strength and conditioning coach currently working at Colonie High School and Premier Golf and Fitness. He Graduated from SUNY Cortland with a B.S. Degree in Kinesiology: Fitness Development and a M.S. Degree in Exercise Science. He played four years of Baseball at SUNY Cortland and was an Assistant Coach for two years. Matt is a also a TPI-Level 1 Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist.

I'm joined by my old friend and former professional golfer, Jillian Fraccola. Jill and I grew up playing youth ice hockey and high school golf together.
