    Long time no see! We are so thrilled to be able to record again! It has been a hectic number of months since our last episode, but we are so thankful for everyone's patience. The two of us love this podcast and we never want to record and produce if it is going to bring stress, so we focused on school for the past couple months and did not allow one of our favorite hobbies to become stressful! Now, we are so excited to be back. Today's episode is our favorite episode yet! In an interview style setting, Kate McLaughlin interviews and engages in an amazingly productive conversation with Kate Truong who shares her experience growing up and being Asian American (specifically Vietnamese-American). Kate opened up in this extremely vulnerable and emotional discussion sparked by the recent influx of xenophobia and hate crimes since the pandemic. Thank you endlessly Kate for opening up in hopes it would empower other Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders during this tragic time. We have slightly varying opinions when it comes to hybrid learning and we sat down to discuss these differences and what works for each of us. After this conversation, Miss M, Kate McLaughlin's older sister joined us to provide a teachers perspective and give some wise pieces of advice.   • Fantasy Draft...but Make it Music

    Did you miss us? This week, Kate and Kate are brought together via zoom to maintain social distancing guidelines! In today's episode, we briefly discuss the importance of music, but then we dive into the ~main event~! We wanted to make an episode a little more lightweight, so we decided to do a fantasy draft and then bracket 'playoff' of our favorite musicians with only one rule:they must have made music in the last decade! From there on, it's free game. This week's episode went on for quite a bit longer than we expected, but it was SO fun to plan, make, record, and edit.
