Greetings, Magnificent One,
🌻🙏🏽
In this moment, we focus on anchoring the energy of collective peace, freedom & kindness through the Sanskrit prayer:
Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu — “May all beings everywhere be happy & free, & may my thoughts, words & actions contribute to that freedom & happiness for all.”
A mantra is a sacred phrase or word repeated with intention, devotion & rhythm—activating deep remembrance, healing & alignment. Repeating it 108 times honors an ancient number of wholeness, aligning with the breath of the cosmos & the rhythm of Divine order.
Modern neuroscience now echoes what our ancestors always knew: repetition rewires the brain. When a word, prayer or sound is repeated 108 times, it becomes more than language—it becomes vibration. It becomes remembrance.
My go-to prayer beads these past few years have been rosary beads—easy to access during my travels, & found in nearly every Hispanic home. In Catholic tradition, rosary beads are used to pray the Our Father & Hail Mary. There are 54 beads around the circle of the rosary, not including the 5 that hang at the bottom. 54 x 2 = 108. Hmmm... coincidence? I think not. In Numerology, both 108 & 54 reduce to 9 (1+0+8 = 9 & 5+4 = 9)—the number of completion.
I invite you to use our time together to pray, to breathe, to be, or to help integrate a specific frequency into your life.
Godspeed ☺️
