Dear Soul,
If you're lonely, I feel you and I'm sorry for your suffering. If you'd like to connect with me, the comments are always open :)
In today's journal entry I share 7 teeny tiny steps we can take to cultivate real-world connection and overcome our loneliness.
1. Befriend ourselves
2. Recognize that we’re all connected
3. Be grateful for the people we do have in our lives
4. Daily morning check-in text with someone in your life
5. Go for a walk every day at the same time and acknowledge other humans (it could be with a nod, smile, eye-contact, a hello!)
6. When you're at the shop go to a human checkout
7. Find a small shop that sells things that interest you (I'm thinking books, antiques, games, etc.) and go every week. Perhaps you can connect with the staff or other people who are interested in the same things as you.
If you think of other tiny steps that we can take to start connecting to other humans, please do leave them in the comments, I'd love to hear them :)
Blessings, Kate

Hello dear soul,
In this journal entry I explore how being lonely can lead us to make desperate decisions, such as moving places we wouldn't move to otherwise, relying on people who don't share our values or using chat GPT.
The solution is to first acknowledge that we are lonely. Stop trying to distract ourselves from the problem with social media, gaming or watching Netflix. Then have some self-compassion and breathe in love for ourselves.
When our nervous system is in a calm state, we can then start brainstorming teeny tiny ways that we can create more connection in our lives and begin to navigate towards a brighter, friendlier future!
Stay tuned for tomorrow's journal entry where I will share my own ideas of what has worked for me in the past, and what actions I'm going to take in my own life to create more connection with others!
Blessings,
Kate

In this journal entry I explore the cognitive function of introverted sensing (Si) and why people who use it probably wouldn't find minimalism a satisfying way of living.
I also ask us to reflect on whether other trends may be right for our personality type and/or those around us.

In this journal entry I explore the cognitive function of extroverted intuition and why we need to champion its use to bring harmony to our society. I also explore whether AI could be replacing extroverted intuition and ask whether it could replace other cognitive functions in the future.

Welcome to Lightbearer’s Library—a quiet sanctuary for highly sensitive men who feel invisible and alienated from the modern world.
Many gentle men have spent their lives hiding…
This channel exists to remind those men: you are not weak, broken, un-manly or too much.
Through slow, reflective journal-style conversations, I explore the inner world of Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), through the lens of my own life as an INFP HSP living with my INFJ HSP husband for 11 years.
This is not a space for judgment, ideology, or performance. It is a refuge where you can take off the mask and be seen for the resilient, kind, intelligent, intuitive and creative man you are.
Stay for a while.
XOXO,
Kate Harmony
