Episode 1: Send Recovery
On September 9th, 2023, at 9:45 PM, a 911 call was made.
A witness reported a white sedan sitting on River Road in the Sacramento Delta.
Moments later, that same car began to move—rolling slowly from a stop, turning down an embankment, and disappearing into the Sacramento River.
Emergency response was called.
But what happened next, doesn’t make sense.
Within hours, the call was downgraded.
Medical was cancelled.
No confirmed search took place the following day.
Two days later, a dive team finally located the vehicle.
Four days later, Jeff Anderson was pulled from the bottom of the river—just 500 feet from where the car entered the water.
His car was:
-upside down
- in park.
Keys in his pocket.
His body in the back seat.
His phone was never recovered.
And in the months after his death—someone attempted to access his accounts.

Authorities ruled it an accident.

Rajah McQueen was a beautiful young mother with her whole life ahead of her. On June 26, 2021 she was seen by security cameras at a gas station. Just hours later her car was again seen but now, not only did the car have bullet holes, but there was no Rajah. For years the case felt stale, but last year investigators named persons of interest. Can this help push the case to a final resolution?


Rajah was last seen on June 26, 2021 at a gas station on East 131 Street and Harvard Avenue in Cleveland. She drove a silver 2018 Nissan Sentra with license plate number JGH3952. 

The FBI and crime stoppers have offered a reward to $30,000 for anyone with information that leads to Rajah or her car. Ella Diebolt Jackson told people she was afraid.

She met with a divorce attorney.
She met with a domestic violence advocate.
She made a plan.

Days later, she vanished. Her blood was later found in her husband’s trunk. Her remains were found on property connected to him. Her death was ruled homicide.

In February 2026, he entered an Alford plea to manslaughter — pleading guilty while maintaining innocence — facing up to 14 years.

Angela Hammond was 4 months pregnant when she vanished from a payphone in Clinton, Missouri on April 4, 1991—while on the phone with her fiancé Rob. He heard her scream, then raced to save her. As he drove, a green pickup truck passed him going the opposite direction, and he heard Angela scream "Robbie!" He turned to follow but his transmission failed. Despite multiple witnesses and detailed descriptions of the truck and suspect, Angela's case remains unsolved 35 years later.

Britney Hardwick was shot in the early morning of Saturday December 12th in the driveway of a home where she knew the occupants. There is more information out there and it needs to come to light.

Britney was one of the 1,821 black women and girls killed in 2020.

In 2020, black women had the highest risk of homicide - FOUR time higher than the rates of white and latina women.
ALL of these groups represent a failure in our society - NONE of these women regardless of their race or ethnicity should be victims of violence.
But it is important to highlight the groups who are not only disproportionately affected, but also receive less spotlight on their cases, and unfortunately whose cases are more likely to go unsolved…cases just like Britney’s.
