Anna and Bracey chat about the two new love languages that were released, what their love languages are, and some specific ways to receive love that don’t always fit into a category. Bracey reflects on how her needs have changed since having a baby. Part 2 of the conversation coming in two weeks!
Anna and Bracey discuss the postpartum period (is there even an end?) and how things have been going thus far in parenting. Anna and Bracey record a reaction episode after talking to Julia about body image. They discuss how the conversation with Julia left them with some *feelings* and where they currently are on their way to a healthier relationship with their body. This is a very honest and possibly very triggering conversation so proceed with caution.
Anna and Bracey talk with Julia again about what it looks like to have negative thoughts about body image and what we can all do about it. They each have some specific questions about the parts they struggle with and Julia gives recommendations about how to handle them. This was a hard and helpful conversation! A follow-up will be available to Likehearts Club members next week where Anna and Bracey discuss what their self-talk and body image looked like following this conversation. Make sure you’re subscribed to hear that bonus episode!
