Anna and Bracey record a reaction episode after talking to Julia about body image. They discuss how the conversation with Julia left them with some *feelings* and where they currently are on their way to a healthier relationship with their body. This is a very honest and possibly very triggering conversation so proceed with caution.

Anna and Bracey talk with Julia again about what it looks like to have negative thoughts about body image and what we can all do about it. They each have some specific questions about the parts they struggle with and Julia gives recommendations about how to handle them. This was a hard and helpful conversation!
