Lila is a musician and educator whose important work is focused on protecting animals and the planet. She’s currently based in Indonesia although she is there by way of Los Angeles. We talked about many things including misophonia while traveling, coping when you don’t have your own space in a new place, we talk about being an empath and HSP, shamanism, and some parallels between the state of the public perception of misophonia and that of climate issues.
