Happy Tuesday Limitless Family! We’re going to drop the truth this morning. Understanding and distancing yourself from instant gratification is one of the best decisions you can make for your success.
Since March of 2021, I’ve made a huge shift in my life, separating myself from anything negative or drug inducing for a good reason. So if you’re new here, I had a problem, a big one, that I didn’t realize was hurting myself and the people around me. So, what’s the best way to solve that problem?
By finding the solution which for me, being the influences around me or even part of that scene. I didn’t go out to bars, clubs, or anywhere that would put me in that situation. I cut off all people who showed any interest in bringing me back into that type of life. I understood that it was going to be hard for me to grow but had to be done.
It was the best decision I’ve ever made and thankfully to this date I’m sober. I can go to bars, clubs, and not even think about drinking alcohol. I understand where I was and how I got there.
See, when you hit rock bottom, realizing that if you don’t make a change in your life you’ll either be dead, in jail, or homeless, you start to take a deep look at yourself, your actions and the people around you and where it’s taking you.
So, if you’re reading this or listening to this and feel you aren’t going the direction you would like, it’s time to take a look around and more importantly at yourself.
Happy Monday, Limitless Family! It is 2022. Christmas is over. The New Year is here and what do we do to get ahead?
We plan. We plan the next 12 months from Q1 to Q4 going into 2022. Not only do we set our business goals, but personal as well. And here’s a simple exercise I can give to you that I do at the end of each week.
I write out my goals for each week. Personal and business.
I structure my day and time block efficiently.
I track what KPI’s we hit. And if we didn’t hit them, what do we need to hit them next week?
If we hit our goal, how can we do better next time? Our speed, efficiency, delivery.
There’s always something that you can do better no matter what. No matter what goal you have in mind, it’s very easy to write something down. The hardest part is taking the necessary steps and action each and every single day to reach those goals. Do what’s necessary to make them happen and search for the right people to help you do just that. It’s not just me. I want my team focused, so we can grow together.
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here’s your host, Clint Riggin.
Happy Thursday Limitless Family! We’re going to talk about “Is being in shape difficult? But does it have to be?” Bear with me because you’ll understand why.
When it comes to being the most elite version of yourself, it starts with your body. Why is it that you look around and people truly don’t care? Well, a couple factors play into this.
Your social influence, the people around you matter. If your friends don’t focus on their health, their workouts, or do any physical activity, that will be in a direct result influencing your habits. See, consistency is key when it comes to achieving the physique you want. The easy way to do this is to follow the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time you’re focused on healthy options while 20% of the time you have some fun.
The problem is people focus 20% on healthy options while 80% goes towards unhealthy habits that build up over time. Start small and work your way up. Starting is the hardest part knowing where your concurrent position is, but what if you could rewire your mind to see where you’ll be in six months?
See, trajectory versus position. Remember this. You have one life, one body, and the opportunity to be better every day. Drink more water, create more movement, and make healthy choices.
Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it.
Guys, have an amazing day and LIVE LIMITLESS!
Hump Day Limitless Family! We’re going to talk about waking up early and how it changed my life.
You may not know it, but I was a person who slept until 11 AM hitting snooze 21 times before getting out of bed. You may ask yourself, “Clint, you’re up at 3:30 AM every single day. How in the Hell did you make that transition?”
See, when I was waking up at 11 o’clock in the morning, I was going out on the weekdays. I was drinking a lot and drugs were in my life. Fast forward to now, I have my phone on do not disturb by 9 PM. If anyone knows me, I’ll answer you when I wake up in the morning. And, if I’m out at a social gathering, I’ll be leaving early.
Being able to wake up four hours early before the world is alive gives me time to answer emails, work on plans, organize my day and get my workout in at 6 AM. See, once my day starts it’s game time. Being able to wake up is all mental at this point.
Nobody likes waking up at 3:30 in the morning, but knowing that I’ve slept on opportunities most of my life, I will always remember this. I’ll remember having six dollars to my name. I’ll remember sleeping on a couch while building Limitless for 17 weeks. I’ll remember that in order for me to have enough time to accomplish tasks I have set in front of me.
It's time to wake the fuck up. 4 hours times 365 days is 60 days. That’s 2 months I have ahead of my competition a year. Always remember where you came from. But never forget what it took to get where you are now.
Merry Christmas Limitless Family! Today is the day to celebrate with friends, family, relax, rejoice, and get ready because the new year is approaching us fast. We’re going to talk about trajectory vs position.
Is the arrow pointed up and to the right or is it flatlined? See, this all starts with your habits in life. A lot of us are consumed with the position we’re currently in rather than where we are going. The number on the scale. The number in your bank account. Your life and where you currently are. When you continuously look at your current position, you lose sight of your vision of where you want to be. ‘
This is where 1% every day compounds into 37.78% better in 365 days. This can start by waking up early by 20 minutes, going to the gym for the first time, taking out fast food one day out of the week, stacking your habits, changing your trajectory moving forward.
Every action you take, you are casting votes for your identity. You’re embodying the identity of the person you want to be. As you build up evidence and cast more votes, you have proof that it works, leaving positive clues that lead to big results.
Focus on your trajectory, not your position.
