Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family! We’re going to talk about how to grow in 2022 and how to increase your online presence most importantly.
Number 1. Post consistent content every single day, not giving a fuck about your views, comments or likes.
Client delivery. Deliver more than any other coaching, consulting, or program that you know of and be the fastest every time.
Understand your clients’ pain points and understand sales and marketing.
Mindset is key. We all start somewhere but the ones who succeed are the ones who keep going when times get hard.
2022 will be your year as long as you go in with a plan and execute every day. When I started Limitless Coaching I didn’t have a plan. I got up every single day knowing that I wanted to create something to help change peoples’ lives. And you’re not going to get it right the first time. You might not even get it right the second time. But, at least you started.
The worst thing you can do is know that if you didn’t start you won’t help those people. So start today. It doesn’t matter what it is. It doesn’t matter if you start your workout. You start eating healthy. You start a business. Take that next step in your life to be better in all areas of your life.
Because all it takes is starting.
Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it.
Guys, have an amazing day and LIVE LIMITLESS!
Limitless Family, we’re going to talk about content this morning, probably one of the hardest things that I see people struggle with, but really, it’s not that hard when you think about it.
So, how do you produce consistent content on a daily basis? See, proper cleaning prevents piss poor performance and I’m sure you’ve heard that before. Having a plan is half the battle and honestly where most people fail. So, when you’re venturing out to complete anything, you have a plan of action on how to get that thing done.
Your content needs to be part of that plan. To make your life easier, write out your content before the week starts. See, every Sunday I take two or three hours to mentally unwind and write any content that reflects the clients that I want to work with, personal impact and business impact. Write out ten pain points your clients experience and write content around them.
Write about things that happened in your life that you overcame to get to the point you are now. Be authentic, be vulnerable, and share that you’re a human being with faults. Tell your story. People will relate to you if they know you have been through the same thing. And have fun! Who cares what you post? If it impacts someone’s life in a positive way, that’s what matters.
See, your quality of content matters. If you’re selling a high-ticket coaching package, investing time and money into a photographer, a videographer and editor, it’ll all pay off. This year alone, we have closed over $350,000 from Facebook organic marketing. You don’t think posting consistent content will grow your business? Then you aren’t providing enough value.
So, I want you to go into this year with a plan in all areas of your life.
It is Friday, Limitless Family! The week is over but that does not mean we stop. You see, I’m on 75 Hard and we got a lot of days left. But it’s a blessing to be with a group of individuals that are motivated to better every single fucking day and we’re going to talk about “What is TDEE, BMR, and NEAT?”
What the Hell is that? Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). It’s an approximate measurement of how many calories you’re burning every day. Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). It’s the number of calories your body needs to accomplish its most basic life-sustaining functions (Breathing, Circulation, Nutrient Processing, Cell Production). And then NEAT, Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. This is the energy expended for everything we do that is not sleeping, eating, or sports-like exercises. Arranged from the energy expended walking to work, typing, your daily activities. And you’re probably going to ask, “Why are these important?”
See, we all have different bodies, metabolisms, weights, body types. With these above, a qualified coach is able to understand more about where you currently are and the number of calories, macros, that you need to reach your end goal. Being able to understand these calculations will be able to put you in either a caloric surplus or deficit to lose fat or gain muscle. Calories in vs calories out.
A simple equation to follow. If you burn more than you input, you’ll lose weight. If you eat more than you burn, you’ll gain weight, but there are a lot of different factors, such as your hormones, your metabolic adaptation, and a lot more that go into this, but this is the basics.
If you’re still lost, reach out to me. Send me a DM on Instagram or Facebook and I’ll calculate your calories or macros for you.
Happy Thursday Limitless Family! So, I’m not sure who needs to hear this, but your likes, your comments, and your views, they truly don’t matter.
A lot of us look at social media like a popularity contest. If we aren’t liked, we feel as though we aren’t doing something right. Somebody doesn’t love our post or comment or give us an emoji. It feels like we’re not doing it.
Two types of influencers in this world. You have your social influencer with a million followers who were bought getting 200 likes per picture which are mostly bots. And most of the influencers you follow do just that because the more followers you get, the more affiliates you get, the more sponsors they receive.
Then you have impactful influence. People have the minimal amount of followers but provide the most value but aren’t seen. See, all of your social media platforms work off of an algorithm that you may not be seen, based on your content not being at the top. Just because you’re not receiving thousands of likes, comments, views does not mean people don’t enjoy your content you post.
Take for an example. If I post a picture in my underwear, I’ll get 100 likes. If I post a picture of my pipeline value showing 7 million, showing people how to map out their goals, I get 15 likes. To me, I could care less on the amount of likes I get, because I know in some way, somehow, my content is helping someone.
When you post, you’re not posting for likes or comments or views. You’re posting for others to learn from you and hopefully be better from it.
