Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family. We’re going to talk about creatures of habit. Now I’m not talking about
the oatmeal, but you should check that out as well because man it’s good.
So, according to research, this seems to be quite true. Perhaps, more important than the time that we
dedicate to these habits are the factors and forces that make them habits. It’s more than just your
repetitive nature that makes specific behavior habitual.
Know that’s certainly an aspect of what most of us would say if asked to describe a habit. In fact, Wood
and her team, along with other psychologists and researchers identified three main characteristics of a
habit.
First, habits are often performed without or even realizing it managed through unconscious thought.
There’s no deep thinking involved, no “should I” or “shouldn’t I,” debate. It’s seamless and natural.
Second, just as habits are free from high-level cognitive processing, they’re also free from intense
emotion. This isn’t very surprising when you consider that habits are activities we repeat over and over.
Just like with anything else, that repetition breeds familiarity and indifference eventually removing
emotion.
Third and finally, habits have a context. A collection of environmentally and intellectual factors that are
associated with habitual behavior. This can include a wide range of things like where you are. Who are
you with, what time is it, all which combined to form a queue to execute a specific behavior.
Now, understanding these factors allow us to identify which of our daily activities are in fact habits. By
understanding what a habit is, we can also start to understand how they are made or broken. The key is
to sustain your healthy habitual habits.
Happy Monday, Limitless Family! I hope you guys are ready to go! I don’t know about you, but I get
excited when Monday is approaching because you have new opportunities to be that much better to
change that many more lives and to truly understand your potential. And we’re going to talk about
understanding your health and wellness is the foundation of your success this morning.
Have you ever wondered by people you look up to take their health seriously? See, they understand that
without their health, nothing else matters. You can have a million dollar business and drop dead the
next day. And the sad part is, you’ll wait for a life altering moment in your life, your family or your
friends before you want to make a change.
Imagine if you didn’t and took that next step in your health and wellness. Your mental clarity is at an all-
time high. Your energy levels are beyond accelerated. Your confidence is through the roof. Your
relationships are better. You are taken seriously, understanding you prioritized your health and
wellness.
See, I didn’t understand a lot of these things when I first started in business, but then soon, I saw the
difference it truly made. Now, it’s my passion and duty to help those in need, to be the most elite
version of themselves as busy entrepreneurs, giving them the proper protocols to reach your goals and
your fitness, nutrition, and ultimately mindset.
Now, let me ask you a question. What does it have to take for you to make this a priority? Because I’m
here to speak about the shit you don’t want to hear, but you need to.
Happy Friday, Limitless Family. We’re going to give you a little context behind a photoshoot that I had
recently with Adam Cooper. I had a couple kids come up to me and ask, “Are you famous?” I said, “I’m
not famous. I’m just another guy trying to promote positivity in this world.” See, mentorship and
understanding the power of leverage.
Recently I took the next step investing in a business coach for 2022 in one of the scariest decisions I’ve
ever made. The reason behind is not the monetary value but knowing that is now on me to use those
tools and resources to move forward in our vision for Limitless. This is using the power of leverage.
See, when you hire a coach, you are not just hiring them based on the knowledge that they possess but
the network now you have access to. Imagine starting a business, and not knowing the next step alone,
let alone the right people to help move the needle forward. That is why you have a mentor in more so
direction.
You’ll never get to where you want to be on your own. That I can promise. So as our COO says, Sam
Kehayias, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” So if you’re nervous to
invest in yourself, believe me, I understand. I took my last $2500 not knowing what will come next which
was one of the best and scariest decisions I ever made in my life.
It gave me the knowledge, the skillsets, and the ability to learn more to help more people. Looking for
guidance, I urge you to find a mentor who is where you want to be and follow in their footsteps. Believe
me. Success leaves clues and we’re leaving a lot of them.
Let me introduce you to Jory Daine Mack
He is the CEO/Founder of Reno Solar
Fellow APEX member and now executive looking to take his multitude of businesses to the next level.
Jory and I joined Apex Entourage around the same time last year and finally met during APEX live where I told him about the Living Limitless Podcast for people to tell their story to help motivate, uplift, and empower others but it wasn't the right time.
Now is the time and I couldn't be more grateful for Jory Daine Mack to tell his story that is authentic and vulnerable for thousands to hear.
Listen below as you are going to hear how the struggles of overcoming tragedy at a young age have propelled his success to now employee multiple families and truly live limitless.

Grew up in little old Reno, NV. Jory had a pretty easy and simple life until a massive tragedy struck, and he was pressed to be the man of his house. He went from a nerdy rich kid to having nothing and fighting against the entire world. Now becoming the man of the house, he's struggled to fight back, and now owns multiple big businesses.
Jory has never spoken publicly about it, and now for the first time will reveal his full story.
Jory then made it into business. He talks about his struggles in the kiosk industry, and how hard it was to be successful in it.
He talks about how pain is something that pushes you to be better and will make or break you, and how pain is not a bad thing.
He also talks about how vulnerability shows strength, and hopefully, his story will inspire someone to talk about their stories as well.
"Live Limitless"
Happy Thursday, Limitless Family. We’re going to talk about my favorite subject, Limiting beliefs.
After doing some deep research, I’ve discovered there are five main limiting beliefs that we all have
within us. “I don’t have enough time.” “I don’t have the resources to be successful.” “I’m not someone
who follows through.” “I’m not good enough” and “I fear to be successful.”
These are all valid points if you have the evidence to support them. See, limiting beliefs are obstacles.
However, they will also present an opportunity to grow. And when you confront these beliefs with
clarity, honesty, and self-love, you will be able to break free and achieve your goals.
For a long time, I used each one of these as an excuse within myself that I could not accomplish the
goals I set out for myself. It wasn’t until I became clear in my vision, my mission, and my values as a
person that the breakthrough occurred.
I do have enough time but am I using it effectively towards my goals? I do have the resources but I ask
for help instead of trying to do things on my own. I am someone who follows through and if I want to be
successful I will make it a priority. I’m good enough and if people don’t see that, then they truly don’t
align with my values and I will be successful in all areas of my life.
The way in which you position yourself, the words of I will, I can, I am, I do, are so powerful. With
practice and self-reflections you can break down your limiting beliefs and reach a mindset of success.
You have the ability to achieve your goals and realize your greatest potential but first, you have to
believe.
Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family. We’re going to talk about living life by design, not by default.
See, as we are raised, we are told to work this job for this amount of hours to make this salary for this
amount of money, which is fine for some but not all. See, we all have a gift within side of us to do more
in this world but what is that so-called gift? Through trials and tribulations, you’ll soon start to see what
you’re called out to do. I always knew I had a passion for fitness and nutrition but how would I be able to
help people around the world?
I started searching for the best way to impact people by telling my story to uplift, motivate, and inspire
others. I came across three things that can be used in any aspect of your life.
The proper plan, knowing what needs to be done, and how to do it.
Accountability, coaches, mentors, masterminds and a community of people who support you. Apex,
Lions Den, Arite, just to mention a few. That is how Limitless Coaching was born.
Being able to have an interactive app with your workouts, cardio check-ins and a fast response rate for
any changes needing to be done. Highly trained coaches understanding the mindset component while
acknowledging the biomechanics of the body and a family of people who want more out of life than to
be average.
Welcome to Limitless.
Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family. I hope you’re ready to go. I hope you are energized. We’re going to talk
about non-negotiables this morning.
See, these are daily tasks that are set in my life, that are set in your routine that will get done and for
me, that starts with my morning routine. And this has changed over the past 11 months, being able to
see what works for me and what truly doesn’t.
Immediately after waking up, I will say my morning affirmations. I am loved. I am blessed and I am great.
Following that, I take 15 minutes to listen to meditation music from the Hallow App. Soon after my 1 st
Phorm and Opti-Greens, Opti-Reds before any food, is then I will check my phone for any emails, DM’s,
or updates from my team.
5 o’clock AM, Living Limitless Podcast is launched, 6 o’clock AM, I’m heading to the gym to get my
workout in for the day and record content. When you are able to set non negotiables in your life, you’ll
start to notice the discipline you’ve set forth. Focus on that consistency. Build up that discipline and then
success will soon follow.
Good morning, Limitless Family! We are back in Tampa after a crazy couple days. Flight cancellations,
hotel cancellations, I mean you name it, we probably experienced it, but I’m going to talk about how I
was on a podcast interview the other day. Someone asked me a very pivotal question. They said, “Clint,
what is your driving force to wake up every day motivated and determined to succeed?”
As they asked this question, I knew my answer and something which some might not like. See,
motivation is complete bullshit, while consistency will win every time. See, I’m a human. I can tell you
I’m not motivated to wake up at 3:30 every single morning. Who would be?
I did not know that over the last 11 months of being consistent has changed my life in more ways than
one. Consistent content, consistent podcasts, consistent sales, consistent growth, consistent gym
routine, consistent nutrition, consistency in showing up. As you see, there’s a pattern of consistency
throughout my life, and without that I would fall off track. I have taught myself to be a scheduled
person, but it was not always that way, believe me.
I didn’t have a morning routine. I didn’t have a night routine. I didn’t have a routine in general. I started
to create those small changes, creating consistent habits, building up the identity within myself over
time. Those consistent, healthy, habitual habits is key.
Motivation is great, but you can only be motivated for so long. But, when you learn to be consistent in
all areas of your life, that’s when you’re truly going to see the change.
Happy Friday, Limitless Family. We’re going to talk about having clarity for what you truly are meant to
do. So I recently was able to experience the Upside Summit and it has completely changed my
perspective and outlook moving forward.
There are a couple of key takeaways that I’ve learned that can help you. Live your life by design, not by
default. We all have a superpower withinside of us helping others in some way but truly finding that
within us. Some have yet to find it.
Understand that you’re not always going to be on the right path, but somehow lead to the finish line.
Lisa spoke about the story of Apollo rockets that were off course 98% of the time, but that 2%, they
always made it to the moon.
You will go off course multiple times but realigning yourself to find your proper trajectory is truly what
matters. Be unapologetically yourself. We live in a world where we’re told to be a certain kind of person
dictated by what others think or say.
Be you, and don’t apologize for voicing your opinions. Consistent action is better than not taking action
at all. We are scared to take that next step most of the time. But if we took the limiting beliefs away that
we hold within ourselves, what you are able to accomplish is truly remarkable.
Also, I’ll be coming out with a new video challenge as you guys see. I can’t wait for you guys to see it.
Happy Thursday, Limitless Family! We’re going to talk about manifesting what you truly want.
See, I was walking around the monthly car meet by my apartment. I saw this GTR, took this picture
saying, “2022 I will have this car wrapped in black and gold with Limitless, with ‘Infinite possibilities
come to those who believe.’”
I want you to write down your goals for the next 12 months, 5 years, 10 years, and don’t short yourself.
And going through this exercise to see where you’ll be in the next 1, 5, 10 years down the road is one of
the best things you can do. See, we often think of the next day, what is to come, but, imagine rewiring
your mind to see further down the road.
There are three main components of being able to see this vision. Your alignment, your belief, and your
actions. Aligning with the right people who understand what it takes, how to get to that most elite
version of yourself. Believing that you can make it happen, no matter what comes in your way, you will
find the solution to your problem. And your overall actions in life will determine your success. Your
morning routine, your night routine, the time you spend with people, the relationships you build, the
people you help, your workout routine, your nutrition plan.
How you do one thing, is how you do everything, so do the right thing the first time. I believe in you and
you should as well.
