Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family. We’re halfway through the week. Can you believe it? We’re going
to talk about understanding that we all start somewhere. See, I was in an event for Apex in 2021 where I
had the chance to hold a presentation on fitness, nutrition, and mindset. This would be my first time ever
speaking in front of a crowd.
And in the room, there was a combined six people. But to me, that meant the world. The fact that people
would take their time out of their day to come hear what I had to say was amazing. See, this year we’ll
speak on stage in front of hundreds, possibly thousands.
I’m not sure how it’s going to happen, but I do know manifestation is a real thing. I can see myself now,
motivating, uplifting and inspiring people to make that change in their life. To truly breakthrough those
limiting beliefs we all have, to understand we can do anything we put our mind to.
Manifest it. Believe it. And achieve it.
Happy Monday, Limitless Family! I hope you guys are ready to Go! I hope you are excited and I hope you
are ready for another amazing week ahead. We’re going to talk about being sober and your
environment changing around you.
So most of you know if you don’t know, I’ve been sober for the last 11 months now free of drugs and
alcohol. I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. My mental capacity is through
the roof and I wake up every single day blessed and grateful for another day ahead.
My social environment has completely changed because of it. You see, my dad was a drug and alcohol
counselor for 24 years. He was also an alcoholic for 20. He told me I had a genetic disposition to be
prone to addiction. Well me, being the dumb kid I was, said, “Ok. Dad, sure.” Well, he was right to a tee.
When I would drink, I didn’t just drink to have fun. I would drink to get fucked up. When drinking began,
to start soon would be followed by a little dash of powder which turned into long nights passing around
a plate of cocaine until the sun rose.
You might ask why I share this with you. Because I’m human. I learned a valuable lesson from my past
that may help. Drinking was a trigger that would escalate into something so much bigger. I would order
Uber Eats, put me into a coma and never leave the couch. I was in shape, but also lacked muscle
density proportion and was not healthy one bit.
Fast forward to today, understanding that I take the necessary steps to never be in that position again.
I’m home by the latest at 11 PM ready to wake up early and start my day. Hangovers don’t exist and
morning walks take place listening to podcasts furthering my education. And this is not a podcast saying
don’t drink. Understand what makes you tick and what makes you fall.
Here’s to 11 months sober. Dad, I’m gonna make you so proud.
Happy Friday Limitless Family. We made it another week. I hope you guys absolutely crushed, you guys
reached all your goals that you set out for yourself, and you keep pushing forward to those goals. We’re
going to talk about being perfect the way you are, but you truly haven’t reached your true potential.
So if you want to get to the next level, this life you live is not inferior to the trajectory you wish to reach.
See, I want more abundance. I want more contributions. I want to travel the world. I want to speak on
hundreds of stages. I want to share my story to help others feel empowered. I want to live the life I
deserve. And none of this will be possible if you are stagnant in the version you are today.
If you want an improved life, a growing life, and a life worth living, changes will have to be made. You
will need to be surrounded by people who drive you to be better. You need to have people who support
you and not message you saying, “Isn’t it enough. You’ve done enough. Just stop while you’re ahead.”
These are the people who will stay the same and bring you down in the meantime. Surround yourself
with winners who are there to motivate, uplift, and inspire you to be better in all areas of your life. As
Sammy Knight says, “Winners win. So, keep winning.”
Happy Thursday Limitless Family! We’re going to talk about something I truly think all coaches have, and
that’s being a Greatness Extractor.
I believe this is truly a gift and something you learn as you go through life. I was having a conversation
with a fellow Apex member, Zack Williams. We used to watch him wake up at 4 am and think, “This
motherfucker is crazy.” Fast forward to today, I have our operation meeting Tuesday and Friday at 4 am.
He brought up a story to me that really made me understand what this is. He was able to take his friend
from making $17 an hour in a corporate environment to making six figures now being his top producer
in his company. He saw something in him that he didn’t see in himself.
See, within Limitless, I truly believe we all have the ability to accomplish anything we set our minds to. If
you want a six pack, you can do it. If you want to lose fifty pounds, you can do it. If you want to be a
better husband or wife, you can do it. It all starts with believing in yourself and taking action in your life.
That is where that coach is that greatness extractor, seeing what you don’t see and showing you the
way. For those of you that are coaches, breaking those limiting beliefs and truly showing people what
they are capable of, I applaud you. Keep going.
Happy Wednesday Limitless Family! We’re halfway through the week. We’re going to talk about “If
you’re not obsessed, you will not be the best,” and that’s a quote from David Goggins.
Time and time again I hear the words of discouragement saying, “Clint, you’re obsessed and there’s no
more to life.” And that shit fires me up because I know there’s more to life and the hard work will pay
off. We worked the long hours of building to create something and we’ll be able to help change the
world. We educate ourselves in our industry to always be ten steps ahead.
Be obsessed with being the best. Do what it takes to become the authority that people reach out to or
be average like most people in this world, not doing anything in their life as I was. The choice is truly
yours.
We will continue to keep showing up. We will continue to pour into our clients. We will continue to
excel toward the top. We will continue to write content that explains the journey because it’ll help
someone understand what it truly will take.
Understand the “we” part of this post, seeing as I am one person without my partners, Sam, Marlon,
and Alan, none of this would be possible.
Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family! We are back in Tampa after a beautiful three days in Phoenix, Arizona,
a little 24-hour trip in LA, and with some big things to come and just blessed is truly an understatement.
But we’re going to talk about being OK with being alone.
The people that know me, this might shock you. See, I’m perfectly content with being alone to focus on
my self-development, education, and becoming the most elite version of myself. But I’m also nick-
named a golden retriever because I’ll talk to anyone, because you never know how you can impact
someone’s life by just your words of encouragement.
It took me a while to become comfortable with this but I soon saw how I started to value my time to get
where I wanted to be. One of the biggest roadblocks I see on people trying to level up is understand it’s
OK to focus on yourself. It’s OK to be home by 11 pm and miss out on the afterparties. It’s OK to work on
your business during the weekends to excel during the week. It’s OK to have boundaries and tell people,
“No.”
It’s OK because you say it’s OK and you are the one who truly matters. Nobody lives your life. Nobody
pays your bills, except you. For those of you starting your journey, understand that it’s OK to focus on
you. And sometimes being alone is exactly what you need.
Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here’s your host, Clint Riggin.
Good morning, Limitless Family! Happy Monday. You know, it’s pretty crazy. I’m actually sitting in Miami right now waiting to board my flight back to Tampa on a four-hour layover. The situation is not where it needs to be to record a podcast but we don’t let that stop us. And this morning we’re going to talk about mindset and how powerful it truly is.
When you look at anything you do in life, your mindset is key. Getting in the best shape of your life, it’s mindset. Running a successful business, mindset. Your mind controls everything from your thoughts, your actions, and your perspective. And one that I learned is that infinite possibilities come to those who believe. Believing in yourself that you are worthy. Believing in yourself that you are needed. Believing in yourself that you are blessed. Your mindset controls from how you assess a situation to how you react.
Do you get upset when you don’t get your way or do you keep moving on because your energy is needed somewhere else? Do you look at yourself knowing you will succeed or doubt yourself every day? Do you take the time to honor your faults or blame others for where you are in life? Wake up every day with a new opportunity to be one percent better than you were the day before and focus on the CORE 4 as Sean Whalen says. Power, Passion, Purpose, and Production.
Go to the gym empowering you to be better, do better, and look better. Focus on your relationships to provide value and help you grow your connections across the board. Focus on positive thoughts, affirmations and understand you’re worthy. Moving forward in your business, networking and providing value and not seeking instant gratification.
Your mindset will determine your success.
