What’s up #Diamonds,

How was your Thanksgiving Day? I hope you did not eat too much I know I did I really overdid it. Then I had the audacity to make chocolate on chocolate cake #killer just asking for the #fatness right. Anyway it’s a new day and it’s and we can always eat right and not eat as much as we did the day before righ? I know some folks not even trying to hear that they have counted this weekend as #Fat, but that's ok cause I'm not mad at ya!  Either way I’m happy to hear you and thank you for choosing to listen to the LJDNshow after your Thanksgiving weekend.

Monday brings a whole new set of challenges for us now that Black Friday is over the Christmas shopping is on! And today is cyber Monday today you can get the #best deals on laptops. It is the end of the mont and it’s time for the #TalentIn10 project, this month is all about being thankful, showing gratitude and I have a video from Tedx Talks this one is all about having an attitude of gratitude, if you don’t have one listen to this audio and maybe by the end of it you’ll have an attitude for gratitude. I'm grateful for friends, family and my #Diamonds of course and just loving the space you’re in right now. So join me Monday live as we listen to Tedx Talks Mission with Katia Sola telling us about "The Transformative Power of Gratitude".

Check out the LJDN show's website I have some pretty cool tips on how to squeeze a little extra savings from your Xmas shopping this year.  Remember I will be on vacation next month but I will have 2 new podcast you haven't heard of which will be my Xmas show singing (enough said on that one). Next Monday listen in for the #DiamondDelights music with new music! See you in the networks.

What’s up #Diamonds,

Welcome to #CoffeeTalk November episode if you’re not familiar with the #CoffeeTalk episodes this is the show where I get to talk about stuff. This is stuff that I think might be helpful to folks, dropping some info on ya.  This is my kind of like my Christmas episode of #CoffeeTalk so  of course I have to tell you about where to shop and how to save, what are  the best prices etc. etc. this weeks talk is about those picture perfect holiday photos and online shopping.

Everyone wants perfect pictures for the holidays right I personally don't like taking pics but when I do take them I most definetly don't want them to look aweful when I do. Printing your own pictures is expensive and time consuming so why not send them to services like Staples, Walgreens, Shutterfly and Snapchat. After all we all want to look gorgeous, we'll talk about the best places to take those holiday pictures to have them printed.

This is of year most of us like to warm up or curl up to a cup of hot chocolate, hot tea whatever helps you to warm up on those cold nights so let me ask you have you ever heard of coffee flower? Yep they have flour you can make coffee with don’t that’s fabulous for all you coffee drinkers, I'm a social coffee drinker  but what I want to know is have you heard about this stuff? Can ya fry chicken with it too? Then I’m going to give you some tips on how to shop online with confidence and help master those online discounts according to Consumer Reports.

Along with that I got some great music for you and some more tips and gift buying ideas you the official LJDN Show.com website on my page so check it out and join me Monday, have a happy turkey week try not to eat much and please don’t drink and drive otherwise I will see you in the network.

What’s up #Diamonds,

I hope you all are keeping warm winter seems to be coming fast because it’s getting cold outside, I have officially took out the big #fuzzy #slippers and the long johns, the only thing I haven’t done yet is get my #flu shot.

This show is all about giving free exposure to businesses, entrepreneurs, talents, and people that fit into that category. Monday’s guest has a new business that opened here in #Virginia but has franchises all over the globe. The name of the business is called “1 800 Water Damage”. I will be interviewing the Owner and Managing Operator Antoine Curry, water damage is something we experience lots of here in S.Virginia He’ll be answering those questions about water damage. We live in an area where we get flash floods, so flood water damage is very common here. If you live in a state where there is lots of water damage from floods or storms and would like to know how to handle your walls, clothing, furniture etc you must listen to show. You’re always welcome to call in to the studio and ask your own questions the line will be open.  Maybe there are steps we can take to prepare and salvage some things. That’s what Antione and I are going to talk about join us Monday 7 PM EST 6 PM CST and 4 PM PST you’re never too old to learn something new see you then.

What's up #Diamonds,

Hello! Time to sharpen those hearing senses and let your imagination soar with another Indi film episode of The Talent In 10 Project! Since this month is all about things that go bump in the night we really don’t want to see, I thought it would only be fitting to search for some Sci-Fi that’s my kind of scary so I found this little gem on YouTube. The name of the movie is called "Rakka" Volume 1. I really don't know what “Rakka” means except that its origin is Japanese.

Although I may not know what “Rakka” means but I can tell you it's a nice sci-fi film full of Sci-fi action the producers of this film are Oats Studio. This is their very first film and is done very well it gave my ears and eyes a treat, so please show them #DiamondLove by listening and clicking the like on their YouTube channel and checking out their website. You know I don't like scary demonic stuff sci-fi works for me I'll take a good sci-fi movie any day especially with cold weather fast approaching. So, join me Monday night at 7pm EST for my #TalentIn10 Project checking out this Halloween movie.

Don't forget to stop by the #LJDNshow's official website to check out October’s updates and listen to other shows to see what you missed. By the way click the subscribe at the bottom to get updates of new shows while you are there. What's Up Diamonds!

Is everyone enjoying their beautiful fall weather? For a minute here in Virginia I did not feel like it was fall because of the  heat and humidity that hit us the past few days it's a lot better now in the fall weather is coming back I am so glad. Thank you for supporting the show listening every week,  thank you for supporting my guest and patronizing their business it truly means a lot to me #appreciation.  The holiday season is coming up on us before we know it Christmas time I know that's not what you want to hear but... face it October is almost gone there is only 2 months left of the year...Although there are many people that may not feel like celebrating this year due to so much tragedy this year caused by #guns and #mothernature my #prayers are still with those people I have not stopped praying.  However it's coming the shopping is here as well if you check out the LJDNShow website my page you will see what I think it's a great gift idea especially for that serious coffee drinker in your life I've posted five different types of coffee brewers recommended by Consumer Reports (CR). Last year I put up my CR best gifts guide that should be up sometime next month.

This leads me right into #CoffeeTalk Monday I will be talking about more stuff will be talking about the benefits of coffee,  water and alternate lifestyles to try that helps with medication addictions the healing powers of water. Some people don't drink water and they just don't know how good it is for your body so we're gonna chat about that and what our government is doing to fight obesity... is it good though? Join me show starts at 7 PM EST, 6 PM CST and 4 PM PST stop by and check out the show October website.

What's Up #Diamonds,

I realize this is very late but due to a close family members death I had to travel I did not get back until Thursday and trying to play catch-up is not going as smooth as I thought. Even with all the craziness that's  going on in the world businesses are still flourishing and growing new businesses are still emerging small business are still striving to run with the big dogs. It feels good to interview a new business looking for economic ways to bloom ad that is what this show is all about.

Monday's guess it's a restaurant owner in Chesapeake she owns a Caribbean cuisine restaurant that specializes good old Jamaican cooking you can check her out when your looking to get your "Jerk" on.  The name of the restaurant is called "The Real Ting"  yeah that's what I said "The Real Ting" I know it sounds like the one of my typos which is typical of me but this  is no typo. Owner and CEO Sarah will be joining me on Monday to talk about this Jamaican spot  here in Chesapeake off of Kempsville Road about why she chose the restaurant industry and what inspired her maybe she might even share a few family recipes with us. So join me live Monday 7:00 PM EST make sure you have a pen to write down her information cause your going to want to check this one out especially my listeners at the beach (VA Beach that is)  6pm CST & 4:pm PST.

This the  month of the harvest and Halloween as if life is not scary enough find out what I have to say about that on my updated website check it out you know times fly especially for me...#dude this is crazy.. See you in the networks.

What's up Diamonds,

Sorry I'm not going to be able to be with you this Monday but I have a family crisis that I needs my attention so I was thinking who should I use fot this Monday's podcast I thought about Sheilah Smiley who's  been blowing up Instagram lately with live recordings and her promotion of "Diary Of  A Mad Black Comedian",  I figured what a fantastic way to show her my support than to revisit our interview with her on the LinaNBrian hour we had a blast listen for yourself.

I will be back next Monday live with a new guest and some new stuff for the month come back and check me out! Until then I will see you in the networks!
