Well I thought things would calm down after hurricane Harvey and Irma but I see Jose is on his way to my area we will receive some flooding and in Virginia we flood at the drop of a dime. Am I worried? Never to much because I have a friend on my side we all know who that is (Jesus) he never lets me worry too much. AnyWho welcome to #CoffeeTalk this is the show where I get to talk about stuff. Monday's show is about ENS that is Empty Nest Syndrome don't be afraid of it I'm going to tell you some things that is going to make this look easy OK, you're gonna press the easy button on this one. We going to talk about some healthy habits if your like me we sit under a desk all day five days a week, so I have some tips that can help sitting behind the desk a little easier some of them you may know already. #2 on the talk list some about home owners/rental insurance whether your own home or rent hopefully you have some especially with today's disasters.  And finally if I have enough time I want to chat with you about some credit cards with good bene's what's the best bang for our buck's. It's time to take the gloomy look off your faces it's not the end of the world it's just some very bad weather.  It is hard for me as well trying to plan a show around everything that's going on in the world today. Sometimes I feel like I'm just floating and everything around me and looks blurry. Maybe not the best way to think about the situation is this going on but it keeps me safe.

On a lighter note Monday's show I will have a buddy of mine whose music started with me when I first opened 3 yrs ago on Blogtalk radio.  Here is an accomplished blues jazz singer,  father, newlywedded husband, entrepreneur and all-around fantastic #dude.  I'm talking about Steve Hester I will be interviewing him finding out what he's been up to and about his exciting news! Welcome to Monday show being my Labor Day weekend was such a washout I was supposed to do a Podcasts but being that I had to cancel all my plans I will be here with you live on Monday and that's alright with me :D. Monday's show is all about the music! we will listen to some DiamondDelights music and have some #smalltalk and  I will have some #awesome social media tips in there for you as well. Now I'm not sure how much talking or how many tips I can get in in 60 minutes but I will certainly try while I entertain you with music I have a new artist JJ McGuigan and Cosmic Crash has a new album so I will be playing one of his new songs.  It's the end of  the of the month so that means it's time for the Talent In 10 Project! All this month I've been focusing on bullies and back to school you may have kids that have already started school or will be starting after Labor Day. I feel very strong about cyber bullying, online bullying and discussion boards bullying. it happens everywhere people try to  bully me but see you have to care about what they think in order to let it affect you that's where they run into a problem with me #haters.

It's been a minute since I have had a #CoffeeTalk episode on my show and I do like to have them from time to time, with fall coming up there are some things that I think we could talk about so let's talk.

More and more businesses are moving to in-home work requiring a home-office in most homes/apts/condos. Getting prepared for that home-office can become quite costly we will discuss equipment and accessories for your home office that will give you  more bang for your bucks. We will also talk about America's very heavy drug use and dependency on prescription drugs you'll be surprise how much the stats have grown since the last time we've talked, are we selling sickness let's see if we prepare ourselves a better way for 2017 winter.

The last thing we're going to talk about his cable TV with football season right at our door and basketball following how's that cable? Or is anyone still using it let's find out if we are using the best service for our money to get our sports and entertainment on. Are you getting a bang for your bucks or just getting banged. ..

Some times my show postings are running late and that is why I appreciate the Diamonds so much  for hanging in there with me being so very patient sharing my post, re-posting and listening you guys are #awesome you are so #Diamond.

Monday's guest is someone who's been on the show before  as a matter of fact she's been here several times. She is my resident teacher/business owner  Miss. Monique, she comes on about every six months or so to talk about preparing our kids for either summer camp or in this case back to school. Children starting back to school for new parents can be a scary thing I know I've been through it three times and it doesn't really get any easier if anything it's more worrisome because of the changing times. Well Miss. Monique is going to help you get through that by talking about some of the things that you can do to prepare yourself mentally and to prepare your chile physically for their first day of school. Welcoming  August I'm excited I know every week I talk about the weather I can't help it I think is the best way to start a conversation off. I won't dwell on it I'm just going to keep it moving but before I do I just want to let you know how much I appreciate you all support of the show. Sometimes it's a little challenging  to put all things together when you're working  yourself but I managed to do it and it's your support that keeps me going so thank you I love you.

This week I have an entrepreneur  this week we will be interviewing Entrepreneur Mitchell Levy aka "The Aha guy" because of his many ideas and suggestions on how to help you, help your business. We're going to talk about several things one in particular I'm curious about is how anyone can write a book in eight hours, from my knowledge  writing a book is something that takes time 1 to 2 years in most cases. He is also going to tell us about how we can social media more effectivley  in just five minutes a day, now when I go to socialize on social media and it takes me about one hour to  properly say hello. This is the month before the 2018 school year begins  and if you're familiar with my show you know that I do a show about bullying so we will be talking  about it all month in all it's forms including cybor bullies. What's Up Diamonds!

Welcome to another episode of the show and welcome summer we really haven't had much summer weather in Va. the past couple of weeks but I think it's coming cause it's getting hot in here! To all those that are new to the show welcome and I hope you enjoy the show.

This summer fun month except for  the Talent In 10 show I have an interview with  RJ Comer.  We will be talking about children yours, mine, and ours, kids you got a love them. As with most kids they bore easily  (I know A few adults with that same problem), so what to do with them school now that school is out or will be out. The weather's going to be hot and your probably only get one vacation week to really do something with your kids out of a 12 week summer. So what are you going to do for the rest of the summer? Well there's lots of things you can do summer camp is always the best way to go but if you don't have money for summer camp what do you do? We have our resident teacher/daycare worker/kid friendly Miss. Monique a.k.a. Joy Andrews she will be in on Monday with some tips on what we can do with them. She will give us some tips on places to take the kids that are inexpensive or free and believe me she's very frugal so if she says it's not gonna cost much it's really isn't that way your kids can have fun this summer.
