Welcome to another episode of the Lina Jones #DiamondNetwork Show! After last weeks show I decided to take this Monday and chill a little. The election is going to be a heated debate no matter how you try to slice it, and I thank everyone who participated especially Dr. Ruby Ward who held her ground on God and Religion. I thank you for your listening support I do hope you enjoyed that forum, everything didn't go exactly as I thought it would but I had a blast and my guest did as well. My DiamondDelights music artist work very hard to bring us good listening music and don't get nearly enough attention. Therefore every so often I like to dedicate a show to just their music, this gives you a chance to hear more of their music back to back without many interruptions. However I will be giving some tips and mentioning other stuff during the show.  Just a few helpful tips I that can help us all  in our every day living. What’s Up Diamonds!

It’s here, it’s here, it’s finally here! It’s fall yall! And I love the smell of it, time to break out the crock pot, light the oven to make some biscuits, cakes and pies mmmmm comfort food. The days are already getting shorter. One of the things I like best about the fall is it brings us all together at least I think so and some of my favorite folks to be close to is my #Diamonds. Not the physical ones, the human ones and by that I mean you, thank you for tuning in and listening every Monday you are very #appreciated.

This is the last Monday of the month and that means it’s time for my Talent In 10 Project to do its thang! For those that are unfamiliar Talent In 10 is the show where I play #Independent Film Makers short films. I do ask that you give the film a “like” when visiting them on YouTube.  For September show I have some comedy films ready for you, with so much going on in the world today some laughter is very much needed.  The films are called “Mean Girls” A Solish Smith Nashman Godfrey Production take from the original movie that Lindsy Lowehand and our own Comedian Brian T Shirley doing standup with his buds at the Fleet Military Base in Goose Neck. What's Up #Diamonds!

Welcome September! I just absolutely loooove this time of year when the hot summer comes to an end, I am truly a fall, spring girl. Summer can be fun but there is not but so much heat I can take. Anyway I am so glad that you will join me for this week's show with my #socialbud Brian and I hope you're having just as much fun listening to us as we have being your choice of entertainment pleasure for an hour, I thank you and always appreciate the #suppprt.

This month Brian has us chatting with a TV Producer Gary Springer, it sounds like Jerry Springer but it's not. If you're a listener of my regularly scheduled program you know that I have interviewed Film Producers, Web TV Producers but this will be my first Television Producer so this is going to be interesting. Brian always has a set of questions lined up and I get to throw a couple of them in there in between having fun and laughing we always have some level of laughter together and you can laugh too, just join us live at 7pm EST on Monday, we'll be waiting for ya!

I know you are aware that there is 2 weeks left in the month before the LJDNShow website changes information so you have to get there to check it out before you know it September will be gone you've missed it. Also its getting close! Thank you for listening to the podcast about bullying last Monday #muchappreciation, it seems this subject touched a lot of people I received lots of likes and shares on the posted link.  I hope all your children and/or grandchildren are safe this school year and none of them fall prey to a bully.

Moving on, I want to welcome September and October I am looking forward to the fall, it is my favorite seasons along with spring.  Fall is cuddle season in the summer it’s just to hot&sticky to be up under someone, fall makes you want to snuggle plus you get that extra hour of sleep, Oh Yea! I’m looking forward to that one.

I am kicking off September with some “Coffee Talk” I like to do those episodes in fall & winter so join me. I will be talking about Solar power don’t you know that’s the next big thing? More and more families are investing in solar power panels for their homes/businesses and cutting those electric bills in half or more. Well that’s upsetting the big utility company’s so they are fighting back you gotta hear this.  My other subject is about the cost of college, not just for your kids but grown folks too. People are saying going back to college has ruined their lives, some even say it has put them further in the hole wait till you hear what I found out. Join me live at 7pm this Monday for “Coffee Talk” let’s talk about it y’all.

Don't be alarmed I am perfectly aware of what day this is I am conducting an experiment with my analysis and this week's show is a part of it so please bear with me... I am trying something different with my post days and I've done something different with my show. This will be my first new #podcast what I mean by that is usually when I have a podcast I upload a copy of one of my favorite shows. Well because I have an out of town video shoot schedule for Mon. & Tues. I was going to play my podcast about bullying which I played at the beginning of the school year for Sept. 2015, then I remembered it is a 2hr. long podcast and my show is 1hr. Now I could have very well edited the show but you no that's a lot to do so I decided to create a whole new podcast one that my audience had not heard so that is what I spent the bulk of my day doing. I have now uploaded it and it is ready to go I have to admit I did not do to editing because I kind of like the rawness of my show its unscripted and unwritten like me. The last posting is another experiment I hope I didn't through you off to much but you know I was going to be here for my Diamonds, thank you for your patience and your support.

Monday's Talent In 10 is all about bullying, I play this type of  show around the start of the #school year. Have you ever been bullied or #bullied someone? I have been both and I talk about it on this episode, this subject is very close to me. I have 3 #fantastic #films attach to this month's Talent In 10 I ran across this company that seems to produce short films about bullying and I thought it was #awesome I #lovedit they are called OK, Inc. It's the beginning of a new month with new guest! It's the beginning of a new month with new guest! It’s been a crazy hot summer but fall is on its way! =)  I know your probably tired of hearing folks complain about the heat so that's all I have to say about that. The one thing I never tire of is my #Diamonds thank you all for supporting this show! I hope you don't tire of me saying it because I'm not going to stop, you are very much appreciated.

She visited us last August and gave some great advice about the best way to handle those back to school and new to school students worry. Her advice is great for new moms worried about their kids that will be starting kindergarten in Sept. and because she specializes in helping school age kids with their homework (Tutoring) she's got some advice there also, with 14 yrs. of hands on childcare experience there's no problem she really can't solve. Welcome to another episode of the LJDNShow this is my Talent In 10 episode this is the traditional style of Talent In 10 for the past few episode's I have had a guest and as promised when there is no guest scheduled I will be having my traditional format. Jay Burton is a talented young Filmmaker and Set Designer his Bermuda Series episodes are full of suspense; this will be his 4th episode. Either way I thank you for continuing to support this show through listening and sharing you are the best.

Drama seems to be happening everyday more and more to the point you just get sick of something always going on from #Isis, #BlackLivesMatter, #BlueLivesMatter, #LGBTQ and the Democratic and Republican race for the White House. We are truly living in such an exciting and historical time. I know it's a lot but because soon it will all make sense because He is coming soon. #Jesus when things start getting crazy that's when you know it's getting closer so watch and to live right. When it comes to this election everything is confusing for not only me but others as well. I like some things Hilary says and I like some things Trump says so how do I choose? There for I am having a #DiamondsSpeakOut event on the show Oct. 3rd so if you're positive your candidate is the right choice speak out and convince others to vote for him/her too. For 1.5 hours folks like myself will listen to your views to help us decide who to vote for come Nov. 8th 2017.

It's my second week back from vacation and it feels like I'm ready for another but don't we all feel that way after coming back from a good vacation. Rest & relaxation is always a necessity! This is very exciting news for my show I never had any Emmy nominated folks on it.. Didn't I tell you Brian has some awesome friends! Maria has appeared in more than 65 featured films and over 150 short films. It feels like I've been gone longer but I haven't, picking up from where I left off is the most difficult part the summer always brings new challenges that stack on top of everything else mainly because it is vacation season for lots of us. Although I don't understand why it is called vacation because you do so much during that time (for most of us) that we need a vacation from our vacation. I feel like I could sleep for another 3 days at least but I'll muttle through and snap the heck out of it cause its #showtime, I thank you for your patience and your support! So much has happened since I spoke to you last wow it seems like the world is spinning out of control.

On a lighter note re-connecting with entrepreneurs I've interviewed in the past is always a pleasant experience. Voice over Actor Roderick Jefferson has added Public Speaker to his resume. You may not have heard about him but you've heard from him cause his voice has been opening up my show now for well over a year, he introduces me to you every Monday. Roderick Jefferson has an amazing voice and lately it has been taking him in all the right directions. I will be catching up with him live on Monday, if you ever thought about getting into voice acting he is the man you want to check out. See where his voice career has lead him join us live 7pm EST.

Now you know it's a new month and there is new stuff on my calendar, this time I actually have something on my page! I talk about my vacation and have even put some photos of the places I visited I thought I'd share them with you. I know I'm a little late getting there but I was on vacation....
