Welcome to another episode of #CoffeeTalk the episodes where I get to talk about stuff! This month is about spring, health and #homerenewal so I'll be talking about spring stuff how to add health and happiness in our homes. If you don't care about the type of stuff it's all good listen anyway just to support the show do you know I do appreciate it and appreciate you all for your support thank you.

Spring renewal is on! I am talking about ways to keep the your home and yourself renewed while bringing overall happiness into the home whether you live in a house or apartment. With healthcare being on the rise I have some tips on how to make the best of an HDHP plan in case you don't know what that means that means I deductible health plan. I'm also going to talk about how to boost their health and happiness in our homes, ways to help you save time and add convenience to that "To Do List". Ways to keep the air inside our home cleaner ways to promote healthy eating in and keep our family's safe are and save money doing it.  There's lots of tips from the experts so join me as we come together as one to bring peace renewal healthy and happiness in our homes starting the spring.

I’ll also be throwing in some social tips AND then finally announcing the winners of the 2016 awards. How are you how has your March the Money month been paying off for you? You know it's almost all over and spring time is here most of us wake up at spring time along with the flowers and the allergy's. I always try to spread a little motivation in my show and in all that I do this is the last week of March and the last week of my anniversary and I want to end the month with something motivational to show my appreciation for you taking the time to listen to the show.

You heard of Tony Robbins right? He is that big time motivation speaker dude  and this is my Talent In 10 Project show so I thought I'd play one of his many popular speaking sessions. the Talent In 10 Project is the show where we get those auditory senses in action (and for those that don't I provide the link to the visual). This month we talked about I've talked about money situations, ethics, all types of good stuff to have to do with money or business. I thought I top it off with a motivational audio from Tony Robbins with his view on "Why We Do What We Do". All of us do things at time when we've asked ourselves "now why did I do that" and maybe Toni can shed some lite on it. I think it's a good speech and you might learn something from it so check it out with me..

Reminder. This is the last week to vote for your favorite from the 3 finalist in each category in music and interview. The month of February has come to an end and so has my month of romance I hope you enjoyed all of the shows for this month. Most of all I hope you found them helpful and answered some questions about relationships. I personally have a better understanding about digital dating I thought that info was pretty interesting.  I thank you for taking the time to listen to this program I appreciate you, please continue to listen and remember to tell a friend about my and show I love new listeners.

Talent In10 project airs every last Monday of the month where it's like old school radio where you listened and let your imagination run wild. The difference is I actually provide you a link to the visual. Our movie for this month will be a romantic comedy everyone loves romantic comedies some of them make us cry and some make us laugh. I came across this romantic comedy called "Stealing Kisses" the film is by Christopher LoDuca it's delightful little take on a modern day kissing bandit  about a man who got stood up at the altar and his buddies try to cheer him up but I think he's found his own way to heal his hurt listen then live Monday 7 PM EST.

Next Monday I will be revealing the 3 finalists for the #LJDiamondNetwork Awards we will find out who is closer to the prize. March also marks the shows 3rd anniversary and I will be giving away a free T-shirt on every show to the 5th caller. Also in March I will be introducing my new cohost she is a Therapist her name is Susan Dascenzi . Susan and I will be cohosting a show every third Monday talking about all types of good stuff, I'll have more details about it next month, the show will be called "That's Real Talk with Lina and Sue" it will be from 7 to 8:30pm. Welcome to another episode of the show December is finely here! This is the last month of the year y'all after this month 2016 will be gone are you looking forward to another year? Are you ready for the new year? Well whether it’s coming are ready or not.  I know my show will be here and I hope you will be here listening and supporting the show we will take on 2017 like a champ! Remember I'm you loudest cheer leader and want the best for us all,  I thank you for your support of the show is very much necessary and very much needed.

Monday shows all about the music I will be playing music from the #DiamondDelights family that you get to pick,  as a matter of fact you get to pick the music for the entire month and I will play it no matter how many times you picked the same artist. I'll also be interviewing #DiamondDelight Tai Wo who I had an interview with last month but he got caught up in a meeting and gave me a very good reason why he could not call-in for his interview and was rescheduled for Monday. We'll talk about his new album and find out what he will be up to for the holidays check us out 7 PM EST.

It's Christmas y'all so that means a Christmas show is scheduled for next Monday and then the Monday after that I will have a Christmas show with my co-host Brian Shirley Comedian on the Lina N Brian Hour. Hope you're having a groovy Thanksgiving weekend,  I hope you all are enjoying your days off I'm tring to but sometimes it gets a little hard trying to spent time with family, rest, work at home and the office. Don't you just love the holiday season even though at times it can be bitter/sweet.  Thanks for checking out the Lina and Brian our on last Monday your support is truly appreciated and needed.

Monday is my Talent in 10 show for November,  being this month is all about being thankful I decided to find a film that was about being thankful. During my search I was able to find a nice little them call The Trying 2015 it's a short film by CCP (Creative Corner Productions) it's about a teenage boy who goes through some trials at school and his life. He then figures out that God was always there with the help from his friend. Check it out if you like simple and quaint, country movies this short film will be perfect for you. The visual will be sent out by link during the show on Monday when you check out the visual be sure to show them some #DiamondLove by subscribing or liking the film and tell them you heard about it on the Lina Jones DiamondNetwork show. I always try to find these Diamond in the rough short films, its very rare I will pick a film with lots of views, I do my best to show us little guys some love and I thank you for helping me do that.

#LinaNBrianHr welcome welcome welcome to a new episode of the Lina and Brian hour it's this is nice being able to get together with my Diamonds before turkey day. I know we all are busy if we're not cooking we're making plans to go over to someone else's house to eat. I am wishing you all have a fun and safe Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday and weekend. Don't forget to listen to me and Brian on Monday!. If you have friends and relatives over have them listen too the more the merrier.

Brian and I was thinking about what we could do to improve black-and-white relations. Since the election is just been some strange things going on I personally have experienced white folks driving by sticking the middle finger up. On the news writing a go home niger on bathroom stalls when in reality the US was in habited by Indians it didn't even belong to the white man they came over from Europe. Either way it's been a mess I pray things do get better  because at this rate it's going to be trouble. Brian and I don't have a problem getting along so on Monday show in between talking to our  Guest we will be talking about black-and-white relationships as we ask each other the dreaded question "why can't we all just get along?"

On that note hopefully you've checked out the LJDN Show.com website there is a new list of good buys recommended by Consumer Report Shopping Guide.  I know the time is going by fast before you know it December will be fast upon us and 2017 is only a few weeks away! Let's pray we don't bring in the New Year with this nonsense hopefully we on in America can start the new year peacefully that's my prayer what's yours? This is my #TalentN10 episode of the show the show where I play #IndieFilmmakers films where you listen or look from the link provided. This is my way of helping #IndieFilmmakers get more views and recognition for their films. You watch movies all the time HBO, Showtime, Netflix, etc.  but did you know there are independent filmmakers that could use some of your attention as well? Well that's what Talent In 10 is all about and I thank you for listening and supporting this show.

Halloween is known as one of the scariest night of the year across the United States where they dress up like ghosts and scary creatures. I'm not that big a ghost and goblins, neither do I like gory stuff or bloody but I do appreciate a good science fiction movie, I've chosen to make my Halloween Talent In 10  about science fiction movies, they have all the suspense and scary stuff  without all the gore. The CG Brothers film or not a stranger to Talent In 10, last year we showed the sci-fi movie "Polis" this year I have selected another them from The CG Brothers channel this film was made by : Darkwave Pictures,  I think you'll enjoy it's short film. Believe me it's very suspenseful and will keep you listening. He joined my #DiamondDelight family almost a year ago I promoted his music and enjoyed his music, his style is unique with a new Jack swing sound. I love his music as I do all the #IndieArtist on this show. He has a new song "Se DaDa" out you've probably heard me play it during the mouth on the show. Monday is your chance to hear what he's all about, I love doing these type of interviews with the artist you get to hear a more personal side of the artist and find out we all have a lot in common.
