Hey there, Little Bunny! ❤️ Does your brain love to say "Hey Bunny, remember the time when that bad thing happened to us? Or that time we handled something poorly?" You almost certainly wish your brain would let go of some moments in your past. But it seems intent on letting bad memories linger. 😔

It's the worst! I feel you Little Bunny. And although our brains aren't keen to keep quiet, I find that it helps to remember that your brain is trying to protect you. Your brain is saying "Hey. Let's NOT find ourselves in that situation again." Whether it was a mistake you made, or a mistake someone else made at your expense. 

And thus, the best we can do is thank our brain. (Do your best!) Your brain wants to make sure you don't wind up in those situations again. Give it a salute of appreciation 🫡, and assure it that you're older and more experienced than before. And then, as always, we carry on, carry on together. 🥰

Hey there, Little Bunny! ❤️ I'm back from three weeks of... sitting around and not moving my body. 😭 Wow do I feel it! I'm therefore inspired to talk about a very important, but very tricky topic: how we think of our bodies. (Or at least, how I think about mine.)

I think you'll find it brings peace and healing. Nothing but love and wisdom in here, though the mirror does get pointed at ourselves. Being your daddy is more than just squeezing you and giving you smooches. It's about finding the places in your life where you're holding tension and helping you unclench.

Sitting by a gurgling spring, we dream about what kind of vacation homes we could share together in the future. If we manage to land ourselves in some grand financial success.
