A festival to mark 150 years of Lisdoonvarna will take place later this month.

The Sesquicentennial Festival, which will run from Friday, 18th to Sunday, the 20th of July will explore the history of Lisdoonvarna which revolves around "the waters" of the wells.

The festival with its free events will take place in different locations around Lisdoonvarna.
