Leadership means different things to different people around the world, and different things in different situations. For example, it could relate to community leadership, religious leadership, political leadership, and leadership of campaigning groups. The dictionary version of leadership is “to lead a group of people or an organization.” It’s creating and planning, securing resources, and looking out for and improving errors. Leadership is about motivating people to work together and to achieve a certain goal.
