Sweet, fluffy, perfection.
Everything that happens to these characters are these everyday kind of bombshells that keep the angst level at a mid range...and how Walker manages to keep it from ever being too much, but rather always keeping it just enough drama, is rather brilliant. Kudos.
The narration by Joel Leslie is really the cherry on top. I love his character voices, timing, emotion, and obvious enjoyment telling the story.
Adore this series.....
As an Aussie I can feel this book and our " lingo" is just right -- while listing was watching a mob of kangaroos over from me -
The story the author the narrator are perfect -- I now need book4 !

Breathlessly Enthralling - Charlie and Trav!
The Audio is fabulous - Absolutely, I have read this series over and over again and am absolutely LOVING the audiobooks. The first one took me a bit to acclimate to Joel Leslie, but once I did, there is none better for CHARLIE & TRAV! It enhances already great books and makes them even better!
What did you like best about this story?
Charlie and Trav evolve as a couple and as people who really love each other with their whole hearts, there is so much thought that goes into it. Some of it I find almost lyrical. It's like NR knows these people, intimately... it's just a step above everything she's written (and I like all of her books but... Trav and Charlie just have soul and heart). The whole book is fantastic really, the writing is so insightful and personal - you really get into the characters, especially Charlie. NR knows how to get to the feelings and she doesn't carry on about them, but it's like you're inside their heads - the story is sexy but the overall theme is love, deserving love, being understood and being the best you can be together...I've read all of her books but this series is by far the best - and I had to buy them in book form JUST to have them!
I dare you not to be personally invested and amazed by her writing... One of the best M/M romances ever. I own the books, I own the E-books and now, eagerly awaiting and buying every new Red Dirt Heart installment NR puts out!! THANK YOU NR - I treasure these and listen to them OVER AND OVER AGAIN! They are KEEPERS!!! I never want this series to end!
