What did you like best about The Escape Manifesto? What did you like least?
It's positive, upbeat and mildly motivational.
There's nothing really new in here, it's a rehash of a lot of other similar books.
Was The Escape Manifesto worth the listening time?
I think if you've never read any similar 4-Hour Work Week style books then yes. Otherwise it's probably not worth the time. I don't feel I gained any particular insight from it.
Book with great content and spirit to it!
Where does The Escape Manifesto rank among all the audiobooks youve listened to so far?
At the top. It was super fun to listen to and I learnt a lot of useful tips and things to consider for the career change I am currently undergoing. The book has a very natural development of the plot, it doesn't have too much artificial structure, what made it a nice story to listen to. It is full of good references to the other career change books too.
What did you like best about this story?
It was fun and lively! Very well read too. It was a real delight to listen to it while cycling, thus, finished it in under a week! I really liked honesty of the guys who have written it. It felt REAL, full of personal and other people experience, thus, I could largely relate to some situations described.
