He touches upon the distinction between salvation and reward, the four kinds of judgment, and the spiritual significance of numerals in the Bible since these are essential to rightly dividing the word of truth. He compares the prophecies in Revelation with the other prophecies of the Bible, such as Daniel's human image and the 70 sevens, the Olivet prophecy of our Lord, and Paul's prophecy found in 2 Thessalonians. Finally, he summarizes the great events of the future as given in Revelation according to their respective times, and suggests a detailed outline of the book.

Another great paperback by Watchman Nee

Watchman Nee is a wonderful author.

enlightening and scripturally accurate

Nee equips the reader with aids to understand revelation. Examples are:

1. Revelation can be understood else it would not be in the Bible

2. Numbers are symbolic and Nee covers their meanings with regards to the prophecies

3. Revelation are divided into 3 sections: what was, what is, and what shall be.

4. what is comprises of a failing church

5. what will be is judgement coming

6. then after the sixth seal is opened the rapture occurs to God's overcomers. The five wise virgins get raptured early. the foolish and sinful Christians will be raptured at the last trumpet judgement (Cor. 15:52)

7. Nee teaches that the overcomer's rapture occurs after the middle of the 7 yr. peace treaty ( the 70th 7 in Daniel) paul writes this to the Thessalonians.

8. Nee writes of the millenium as a time for reward.

9. The perfect dispensation is mentioned in the symbol of the number 12. 12 is permanent perfection At the end, a perfect unending beginning occurs (read the book for more info)

Voice harsh

The narrator's voice is too harsh, kinda a demanding tone. This book relates heavenly visions and tutoring that is awesome which is contradicted by a harsh vocal tone more suited for military battles. It would also help if she paused a little more when quoting the scripture references in order for the listener to follow. Otherwise, an enjoyable read.

Compelling and relatable lessons for life

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would particularly recommend this audiobook for those who have previously struggled to analyse their attitude to life, or have chosen not to do so. Many of the life mantras explained here seem obvious when mentioned in this guide, but may not have been obvious beforehand.

What did you like best about this story?

I was able to connect personally to much of the advice - for example the recognition of karma, and that my own karma at different points in life are just a tiny aspect of the great karma shared by all people I interact with. I have also related to the importance of not allowing the desire of possessions and wealth superseding the simple desire for life.
