Publisher's Summary:
The top-selling, beloved indie author of Ten Tiny Breaths returns with a new romance about a young woman who loses her memory - and the man who knows that the only way to protect her is to stay away.
Left for dead in the fields of rural Oregon, a young woman defies all odds and survives - but she awakens with no idea who she is, or what happened to her. Refusing to answer to "Jane Doe" for another day, the woman renames herself "Water" for the tiny, hidden marking on her body - the only clue to her past. Taken in by old Ginny Fitzgerald, a crotchety but kind lady living on a nearby horse farm, Water slowly begins building a new life. But as she attempts to piece together the fleeting slivers of her memory, more questions emerge: Who is the next-door neighbor, quietly toiling under the hood of his Barracuda? Why wont Ginny let him step foot on her property? And why does Water feel she recognizes him?
Twenty-four-year-old Jesse Welles doesnt know how long it will be before Water gets her memory back. For her sake, Jesse hopes the answer is never. He knows that shell stay so much safer - and happier - that way. And thats why, as hard as it is, he needs to keep his distance. Because getting too close could flood her with realities better left buried.
The trouble is, water always seems to find its way to the surface.

Outstanding! Perfect love / mystery book!
Don't hesitate to take a try on this book, you won't regret it! The way this book takes you from the past to the present in each chapter had be mesmerized. The author knew just how to unfold the plot in a way that had me on the edge of my seat the whole time.
It was one of those books you have to finish to be satisfied. Stopping and having to finish later isn't an option.
I really, really like all of K.A. Tucker's books. I mean....really like them. I've listened to them all at least twice. I get so wrapped up in them I have to listen again to make sure I didn't miss any of the key puzzle pieces while I was daydreaming during the first listen, pretending / fantasizing that I'm one of the characters =)
I listen to a lot of different authors in this genre, but this is one of the best!
Get ready for a full eleven hours of perfection!
Worth a credit? YOU BET!

BOOK REVIEW: 4 STARS
Burying Water is an amazing book. This is the second KA Tuckers work Ive read, and I can say that she has an impressive style of writing. I like the development of the storyline, it was very creative and not at all predictable. I like the characters, they were very complex and loveable from the beginning, and not only the main characters, but also the secondary ones.
